When we walked out of the terminal, it was easy to find the sign. We immediately connected with the man coordinating the transfers. We waited about 10 minutes, and then he showed us to our driver. The van was comfortable and roomy! Our driver made some restaurant recommendations as we got close to our hotel, which we are looking foward to using in the next few days. Thank you for an easy transfer. Well done!
We had a 3 AM pick up at the airport. Communication was outstanding. We were given instructions in advance as to where to meet our escort who would call ahead for our car. We made it about five minutes and then made their way to the car, which was not far away. Ride to the hotel was great. Five stars

Nice comfortable ride. Was a bit like a limousine where there was a wall between the front and back.

It took a very long time from the time you reached your appointed meeting spot till they actually called your car. The ride was very nice, though.

Very confusing airport. The contact person did call us and once we found him he led us to the car. Very nice car and the driver was friendly.

Easy transport from the airport to hotel- we only had to wait about 10 minutes for our driver to arrive

I had to wait almost 45 minutes for the car to arrive and had to stand in a pool of people milling about also waiting for rides.

They were waiting for us at Gate 13 Istanbul arrivals and took us to our driver when he arrived. The driver was good and helpful.

Great ride after we found it. Istanbul airport is HUGE, and there are 50+ ride services all listed with small-ish signs after you exit so it was a bit confusing with our jet lag. However, the ride was great (I would never want to drive here myself), and our driver was very professional & helpful.

The directions provided by the Transport company were excellent. The sign for the company is easy to locate. After seeing the sign and talking to the first individual, there was approximately a 15 minute wait until we were picked up a nice comfortable vehicle. The driver drove well, was friendly and our trip to the hotel was uneventful.

Overall this is a wonderful option for transport to and from the hotel! Most importantly they were on time for transfers. With Istanbul airport being so busy; the process of exiting the airport and getting to the transfer car is very easy!

Company is reliable, good communications, flight was late and then Turkish Air lost our luggage, by the way avoid that airline if you can, flight was fine but if you have a problem you are in trouble. We were 3hrs + late and driver waited. Good value, was less than cabs/uber which also need to be avoided.

We arrived at 3:30am and waited 15 minutes outside at pick up area for van to arrive. We were escorted into the parking lot to our van. Car was clean. Driver was friendly and safe. My only complaint is the outside waiting area we were told to be at was the smoking section of outdoor seats. I was traveling with children and this was not appropriate- they were coughing and bothered by this. (But this is NOT controlled by the transport company I think)

Delay at airport is apparently a real moving target...mine was over 2 hours... better/faster to take a taxi...no worth the price.

This is an exaggerated review written over 2 hours.
The following information is missing from the guest reservation form:
Flight number missing
Hotel name and address missing
I contacted the guest using the contact information provided.
Also, the flight number the guest provided landed at 19:00 on 10.08.2026, flight number TK1782.
The guest arrived at the meeting point around 20:30.
They boarded the vehicle around 20:50 (the 2-hour period includes the time from disembarking from the plane to boarding the vehicle).
In the message the guest sent me, they wrote that after collecting their luggage, they would go to the Turkish Airlines Hotel Reservation department to make a hotel reservation. There is no definite information about when the guest would arrive at the meeting point. Therefore, we had to wait for the guest to arrive at the meeting point. After they arrived, we organized their vehicle. During this time, we had to change vehicles due to a vehicle malfunction. We lost a short amount of time because of this.
We apologize for this unfortunate situation that occurred again.

Thank you for your note...I must get my hotel from Turkish Airlines after arriving in Istanbul...I think it will take at least one hour to get my luggage and go to the Turkish Airlines reservation desk to get my hotel.

It was a little confusing as to where to meet our driver, but communication through WhatsApp was helpful. They sent a picture of the door at airport and called via WhatsApp; we found them no problem and then were directed to the waiting vehicle on another level. Check messages and be alert and follow the instructions. Once in the vehicle, we were taken directly to our hotel in Old Town. The ride took about an hour. Most drivers speak very little English.

Nobody came to greet us at baggage claim and we had to chase down someone who works with Viator but represents another company. They didn't have a car ready and we had to wait in the garage for a van. Finally a van showed up, and the rest was OK. Lots of confusion due to lack of proper communication. This happened at Istanbul airport.

Hello, I would like to clarify the comment written by our guest. As you will see when you read this comment, it is clear and obvious that this comment has nothing to do with us. The guest claims that they were supposed to be picked up from the baggage area, but we do not offer such a service. This is a service provided by the airport upon request. We clearly state to our guests that we will meet them at gate 13 after they collect their baggage, and we also send this information to many of our guests in video format. I don't know what the guest expected, but as we stated in our explanation, we have a meeting staff member at the airport who accompanies customers to their vehicles in the parking lot. The guest claims that they had difficulty finding our meeting point and that our explanation was not clear. From what I understand from this comment, the guest did not read or pay attention to the instructions we sent them, and therefore had difficulty finding the meeting point. I apologize for the negative experience, if there was a reason on our part. However, I would also like to thank the guest for taking the time to write this comment. At least they have given us guidance so that we can correct any mistakes we may have made. Thank you.

Positives - Communication was great. I received directions ahead of time and updates when our flight landed. Driver was polite and got us to our hotel quickly.
Negatives - We had to wait 30 minutes for the driver and the van was old and not clean. Luggage did not fit in the back and so was rolling around the front.
