Easy to manage although we had to wait a few minutes for pickup. Pickup area was easy to find but we had to ask around for company.

After booking..I received a message on Whatsapp from the director.. with a short video of the airport showing where to go for the taxi .. once you get there and find the company's sign (you will receive a photo of it as well)..the Guy standing there will find your name..and asks to wait until taxi arrive..then he will take you to the taxi
I waited about 15 minutes
Car very nice.. clean..and quiet driver.. overall a positive experience

The company reached out to us before the trip to confirm the pickup. His rep was at the meeting point when we arrived, and our driver had us on our way to the our hotel quickly after. We would use this transfer service again.

Thank you for a smooth experience. The service was great, costing around $60, and they provided excellent communication via WhatsApp, including a helpful video for locating them. When we exited the terminal, it was crowded with companies, but the local staff was very helpful in directing us to our provider. After a 5-minute wait, we were guided to our car. The only minor hiccup was that they initially took us to our previous hotel, likely overlooking the update I made on the Viator app. However, it was not a problem as it was only one block away. Would recommend

Information I received stated pickup at Terminal 1. Missed call from agent and was told by locals to go to lower level. Finally heard from on site agent to go to 13. Missed that it was door 13 and not pillar 13. Finally met up with on site agent and made connection for ride to hotel.

However, could you please review your feedback? Our meeting point is clearly stated in the instructions at the bottom of the reservation page. Also, there is no mention of Terminal 1.

Very Very Important Note: We welcome you with the (SAW TRAVEL) sign after you take your suitcase at Istanbul Airport and exit through gate 13. outside
I also send a video and explanation about our meeting point via WhatsApp to every guest who makes a reservation; I sent one to you on March 6th as well.

The transfer was good. They were very communicative and made sure we knew were to find them. The hotel was in a part of Istanbul that wasn't very easy to get to. The driver got as close as possible and helped carry our luggage to the hotel.

Once pick up it the driver was awesome. But the process to getting picky up was confusing. The signs for the company were not clear. Once identified it took a while for the driver to come. it was cold and raining so it made waiting hard

Used this shuttle service from the airport to my hotel. It was great, so I booked the return trip from the hotel to the airport. The driver showed up on time (very, very early in the morning) and got me to the airport with no problems. HIghly recommended.

We had a very early flight out of Istanbul’s airport, so we wanted to make sure our ride would be there on time to pick us up and deliver us to the correct spot at the airport, and that is exactly what happened. I created the only problem when I went in a door other than the one the driver dropped us off at, which was the EXACT door I needed to walk in through to minimize our wondering around in the airport. :)!

We arrived tired and ready for our hotel. It turned out I had created confusion with scheduling. Not only that, but it was about one in the morning. But? I called the company and the phone was answered. Then, they got us a ride despite my error. I think this service can be relied on without any issues, and at any time of day.
