Excellent service! Our driver was very communicative. He arrived a few minutes before our meeting time and was very helpful in helping us load our many bags at the hotel and then in helping us find carts at the airport. He was top notch! And the van was spacious, comfortable, and in good order.

First of all, I was very saddened to read your comment. Since Istanbul is a metropolitan city, we can't predict when traffic will be bad. Yes, it's true, your journey from the airport to your hotel normally takes 40 minutes, but if there's traffic, it can take up to 2 hours. Dangerous Driver

Driver was either intoxicated or didn’t sleep the night before. We had to yell multiple times because he was swerving off the road and driving insanely fast. The operator was responsive and we got where we needed to be. We just had some close calls that were completely unnecessary.

Great Way to Get from Split to Dubrovnik

Smooth and worry-free from start to finish. Timely and constant communication throughout, flexible on change requests for our party of five. Our driver was safe, friendly, courteous and gave us a fabulous day going to Rizman Winery and Aston before being dropped off in Dubrovnik. Will share for those staying in the Old Town Dubrovnik that private transfers cannot get close to Pile Gate. We had to be dropped off about 0.8 miles away and then take an uber to Pile Gate. Not anything our driver can control but I wish I knew before I booked.

Istanbul airport private transfer

Driver was professional and the transfer vehicle was in good condition. IST does not seem to allow transfer operators to enter the terminal to pick up passengers from the arrivals area. It was therefore a bit hard to find the exact meeting spot after exiting the airport building and airport traffic chaos led to some small delays - though this was beyond the control of the transfer operator. Overall would still recommend if you are interested in a privately arranged transfer - was much faster and pleasant compared to the public transit that some of my coworkers used.

Galataport to IST at 4AM

Walking thru Galataport terminal at 4AM was a little scary but we received a short video prior to the trip that verified we were going the right way. The driver as on time and efficiently got us to the airport. The vehicle was an older Ford van, not the nice Mercedes in the Viator photo, but it was more than adequate for the hour drive.

First off, when I booked this transfer ride to the airport, I put in my correct flight information however I actually booked by mistake for the day before my flight. I noticed it within a few minutes of making the booking, and I emailed them through the Viator app and they’ve responded quickly. They were very happy to adjust the booking to what I had intended. The driver was perfect. He was 15 minutes early. He had the vehicle right in front of the hotel waiting for me to come out. He helped load my heavy bag into the back of the vehicle and had the side door open for me to enter. He drove directly and safely to the airport. He helped me get my bag out of the back. Very nice man. My only issue was the seatbelts in the backseat that faced forward. They are very dysfunctional and I think they could be easily fixed. Even the back right side that I switched to was still a difficult seatbelt, but it was better. I would absolutely use this company again and I recommend that you do also.

This was our first time using viator, so we were a bit leery at first, especially to use a driver in another country. Everything seemed so simple. From getting our questions asked, to getting our confirmation email. Murat, with Saw Travel sent an intro message (WhatsApp) providing all info needed to make our experience go smoothly. Our driver Sabri was great! This was our first time in Istanbul, and he added to our memories. There was a slight language barrier, but using the translator he had, helped with that. Even though we were just going to the airport, he gave us a bit of history and information about his country. He was nice and professional and we would definitely drive with him again. Thank you!
