Communication was clear and well-organized, with straightforward pickup instructions at IST Airport and a very courteous dispatch team. Very accomodating. I booked my transfers with them multiple times. Best to communicate with them through whatsapp. There were some delays but overall experience was good. Ajet diverted our flight to IST instead of SAW Without telling us, BUT ANyway they still managed to provide us transfer. Thank you for that

They kept me waiting for 20 minutes in the freezing cold waiting for the car. Once it arrived the car was OK. Very bad service.

We arrived and waited at designated spot, driver never showed up. I personally went to every minivan driver. None of them were there for us. Had to hire another van and pay for transport again. This is after traveling for 2 days.

The driver got us to our hotel safely and comfortably, which we appreciated. However, we booked the transfer for convenience and expected someone to be waiting upon arrival. Instead, we struggled to find the driver, received no clear instructions, and had to contact the company ourselves. Once we found the meeting point, we were told the driver hadn't arrived and had to wait another 10 minutes. It left us wondering if we would’ve waited even longer had we found the spot right away. Also, no bottled water was provided as advertised. Overall, while the ride was smooth, the experience didn’t meet our expectations for a pre-booked transfer.

The driver was a disaster! He was constantly using his phone while driving, scrolling through Instagram and WhatsApp, which made us feel very unsafe. To make things worse, he dropped us off on the street instead of at the hotel entrance. We had to walk with our luggage, and my parents are 78 and 74 years old! Extremely disappointing experience.

We were met in Istanbul airport with a polite representative and taken to our van.
The driver gave us a wild ride, abruptly braking or accelerating and weaving in and out of traffic. We were both feeling carsick and couldn’t relax at all. The driver seemed intent on driving fast with no regard for passenger comfort.

We booked two separate trips with this company, one to our hotel from the airport and the second was for pick up from our hotel to the airport. They were great! We did not wait long at the airport for pick up. I also changed the time for pick up from our hotel the night before, and they showed up right on time! Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible! Driver never showed up to pick us up. We booked several weeks in advance and then was left sitting at the airport at 4am in the morning with no ride! And no call or even apology for forgetting about us!

The service was generally ok, but driver needs safe driving lessons. He drove with one hand with a celular phone most of the time. We did not feel safe during the 1 h trip.

Easy to find. The driver was polite and friendly. He was a really good, safe driver. The van was in excellent condition and very comfortable. I was dropped off as close as we could get a d he took the time to point me to the street a block away. I will definitely use them again.

This private airport transport took longer than expected. Once we got to the meeting location we had to wait about 30 min before we were taken to our van. Once in the van it was nice. However, our driver took us to the wrong hotel and gave us a hard time to take us to the correct spot. The driver was unprofessional and barely communicated with us. I’d book with a different company in the future.

The transfer from airport to our hotel was great. The van was spacious with good visibility and quite comfortable. The was friendly and got us to our destination without any fuss.
The description of the meeting point was fine, but we did not receive any personal messages in WhatsApp as they advertised. Overall very good experience.

The driver was very good, and told us a lot of useful information about Istanbul and the country. The drive was smooth the van was new and very comfortable. Overall a good experience as it takes at least 45 minutes from the airport into the city.

All-in-all quite happy with the service and would book again if needed. A couple suggestions: Our first driver (from airport to downtown) talked on his phone the whole time, and didn't turn on the A/C, making it a bit stuffy in the rear where we sat. The second driver (downtown to airport) was extremely communicative (he messaged me via WhatsApp before and after he arrived at the meeting point) and made me feel very much at ease.

No one was waiting for us when we reached the meeting point. It was late at night and we were standing in the cold for 45 minutes before our transportation arrived. No water was provided. Upon arriving we found out a cab is more economical for €30 one way. Much better off getting into a cab.

Customers is angry because they thought they did a round trip reservation, they insisted that we need to have a return back transfer to airport, and we told them your reservation is one way, in lots of reservations that we had till now, we didn't had this kind of request till now
