Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST) is simple and stress-free. After passport control, follow the signs to the baggage claim area. Once you collect your luggage, continue following the exit signs and leave the terminal through Exit Gate 13. As soon as you step outside, you will see elevators on both sides marked “Transportation Floor.” Take the elevator down to -2 level. The elevator brings you directly to Exit B. From there, simply walk about 50 meters, and your private vehicle will be waiting for you next to Column B01. Right after your booking, I personally contact you via WhatsApp and send a clear video guide showing the exact meeting point step by step. ✔️ No waiting ✔️ No confusion ✔️ Direct pickup next to the terminal For hotel pickups, I personally meet you in the lobby at your scheduled time. Important Note About Airport Pickup at IST Due to recent airport regulations, name board meet & greet is no longer allowed inside Istanbul Airport, and large signboards with passenger names have been removed. As a result, when you exit from Gate 13, you will usually see large crowds and multiple transfer teams gathering passengers. With many standard services: Guests are collected in groups You may wait 10–15 minutes (or more) for other passengers Then everyone is taken together to the parking area (-2 level) Additional waiting time of 5–10 minutes may occur due to traffic and vehicle coordination This means reaching your vehicle can sometimes take 25–30 minutes, even if you booked a “VIP” transfer. Yusuf does an impeccable job. He provides precise information on how to find him at the pickup point, is friendly and helpful, and assisted with the luggage without hesitation. The car is very comfortable and more spacious than I expected. The transfer was carried out very safely, and we arrived at the hotel without any issues. Yusuf kept us totally informed about every aspect of our trip from the moment it was booked until the moment he dropped us off at our destination. His directions were clear and comprehensive, even including a video of the journey from the arrivals gate to the pick-up point. The journey was wonderful, very comfortable and Yusuf was courteous, polite and very willing to help. I would heartily recommend booking Yusuf and travelling with him - we will certainly use his services again the next time we return to Istanbul!!

The other travellers watched me trying to sort this out. They felt bad that I had another issue right after dealing with airline screwups. The original driver didn’t show up and eventually sent his friend to pick us up because we had already paid. His friend couldn’t speak English. What an adventure

Hello, first of all, I'd like to say this. All instructions regarding the meeting point are sent to guests well in advance in a clear and understandable manner. We handle a number of reservations every day, but I absolutely do not understand what you are trying to do because you repeatedly message me asking how to get to the meeting point without reviewing any of the videos and photos I sent. Despite this, I explained everything to you again and again, specifically telling you to carefully review the videos and photos, but you are trying to leave the airport to go to the meeting point without doing so. If you don't know how to get to the meeting point, it's normal to get lost, and I informed you an hour before the meeting point that I was stuck in traffic and the journey would be long because there was a major accident. I sent you photos of this via WhatsApp and also informed customer service. When customer service asked if I could send an alternative vehicle, I absolutely agreed and sent a licensed vehicle (TURSAB). The driver needed to be a friend to ensure reliability; I couldn't send a foreign or different driver. I could only send you a car I trusted. The vehicle you received was an ultra-luxury VIP vehicle; there were no problems, all services were available, water, Wi-Fi, television, everything. But was it a problem for you that my friend didn't speak very good English? I didn't have any issues with him during the journey anyway. I know you didn't speak, and I was in contact with you via WhatsApp until your trip was over, so thank you for giving us two points just because we couldn't speak English, thus throwing all our other efforts away. Because of people like you, all our hard work goes to waste with just one review. You can throw away months, even years, of effort with just one review. That's up to your conscience.

It was very stressful the driver sent me instructions to meet him in a parking lot which right from the start I found it very inconvenient cause after a very stressful long journey thru airports and security and immigration I thought I can finally relax which in fact turn out to be a nightmare, we couldn’t find the spot to meet and the driver got impatient and he started being rude I had to ask someone to speak Turkish with him over the phone to understand where I was, that random person was nice and a tipped him, at the end “he”
Arrived at the end but as we were approaching the hotel he anets me a message and I realized it was a different driver that was taking us which it made me feel unsafe, I pay a substantial amount of mi ey compare on how the prices are here for a really poor service. The only good thing is that we got safe to the hotel ….

I had the pleasure of having Yusuf Kizil provide transportation from IST to my hotel in the Sultanamet area. Once the reservation was made, Yusuf contacted me via Whatsapp to confirm the pick up, and included clear directions, including photos, about the airport and the meeting point. He was punctual, courteous and extremely professional. He kept me informed of his location and ETA as soon as I had confirmed my arrival. The vehicle was clean, spacious and comfortable, and he drove carefully and safely. I highly recommend this transfer service when in Istanbul.

We knew we'd be exhausted when we arrived in Istanbul after 18 hours of travel, so we booked a VIP transfer to our hotel (based on prior success making travel plans with VIATOR.)
Yusuf reached out soon after he received our reservation. With excellent English, fine manners and good suggestions, our anxieties about arriving at this enormous international airport disappeared. He explained where he would meet us (and why) and offered a video that walked us through the airport to where he would be waiting. We agreed to phone him via WhatsApp when we had cleared passport control and were heading for our meet up.
As it turned out, that took longer than anticipated. It was raining as we crossed the tarmac to board the bus into the airport itself. We were surrounded by people and information in a language we didn't understand. Once we found Yusuf, it was with great relief that we accepted the water he offered and help with our bags. As we (octogenarians) settled into our seats to enjoy the hour-long drive to our hotel, the sun came out, and the Spring day was fresh and beautiful as our Istanbul experience got underway.
Yusuf discretely inquired whether we would like his help in arranging a tour or guide on either side of the Bosphorus. Although our tours were already booked, it gave us such a boost of confidence to know that we could call upon him for help at anytime during our 5-day visit. What an excellent introduction to Turkish hospitality! I cannot imagine a better start to our visit. Submitted with sincere appreciation for Yusuf's excellent service.

we had an early morning arrival - yusuf communicated from the moment we landed and was waiting for us when we got out at arrivals. the car was clean and he had bottles of water for us. safe driver and we could not have asked for more.

Booked a private transfer, but on arrival when contacted we were asked to share a ride. Then we had to wait a long time for him to arrive in a dirty vehicle. He did us to the hotel safely but were were disappointed in the experience.

Hello Tom, Thank you very much for your feedback, but I am very disappointed. I arrived 40 minutes before your flight landed and waited inside the airport. I was in contact with you 24/7 via WhatsApp and specifically told you that since you would be arriving at the meeting point during peak flight hours, please let me know after you collected your luggage so I could quickly bring the vehicle to the meeting point. Otherwise, if you informed me after you arrived, I would experience at least 10-15 minutes of congestion at the parking lot entrance. But why did you inform me after you arrived? The purpose of the transfer service is for guests to be picked up quickly and without waiting, and to exit the parking lot within minutes of your arrival at the meeting point. That was my goal and objective, but you informed me after you arrived, and despite everything, I entered quickly. However, you said I waited a long time, which I don't think is true because I can share all our WhatsApp messages. Also, you are referring to my vehicle, right? It's impossible for my car to be dirty because before each guest gets in and after they get out, the interior is thoroughly wiped and vacuumed with disinfectant wipes. This is for the health of the guests, and I also pay close attention to this because I am allergic to dust and pet dander.

We would like to clarify this situation to avoid any misunderstanding for future guests.
This booking was made for a location on the Asian side of Istanbul, which is clearly outside of our official service area (we only operate between Istanbul Airport and hotels on the European side).
For this reason, the booking was not fulfilled and a full refund was issued immediately.
After the refund, the guest requested assistance to find an alternative vehicle, and as a gesture of goodwill, we helped connect them with an independent third-party driver. Please note that:
* This driver was not affiliated with our company
* The service was not operated by us
* The payment was made directly to that driver
Therefore, the experience described in this review is related to a third-party service, not our company.

Had the driver kept his eyes on the road and not his phone I would have felt safer and maybe we would have gotten to our hotel sooner. I also wish he understood enough English to turn on the air when we asked.

Excellent transfer from airport to hotel. Yusuf was in communication with me beforehand sending me videos showing exactly where I needed to go. Once I arrived we continued to text til I arrived at the meeting spot. Highly recommend.
