Reykjavik Cruise Terminal To Airport

We ordered a transfer from the cruise ship terminal in Reykjavik to the airport. The pickup time was scheduled for 9am. At 8:58, I received a call from our driver, checking to see if we were ready. We were on our way at 9am! Excellent service. This beats riding a crowded bus. This is the only service I will use to or from the airport when traveling.

Viator is surprisingly informative and follows up every step in my bookings with them, especially in payment schedule, responsive arrangements with my stipulations (travelling with 2 children (1 as infant). At the day of arrival (and before) in Iceland, I received text notifications from the driver Irina who kept a close watch on my plane movements (an hour late) and met us (with her clothes description) promptly at the gate of arrival and helped us with our bags. A wonderful lady! I am truly impressed with Viator in my first booking with them! A relief to a traveler who travels a far distance from the U.S. to Iceland, Viator is a comfort for support, responsible help and responses to me for sure.

Quality trip. Great communication from driver. We told him he could come early due to weather. When he arrived 3 of the 4 guest was ready. He patiently waited for the 4th to come down. Best excursion in Iceland

Our tour guide (Iounut) was awesome. He had a good sense of humor and he drove us safely around for many hours. He was full of unique information that made the trip enjoyable and we got to every location within a reasonable amount of time. This was by far my favorite excursion during my trip to Iceland.

Gret way to get back and forth to the airport!

Super easy to use. We just showed out Viator tickets to the person loading the luggage next to the bus and then again to the person waiting at the door of the bus. They found our names on their list and let us on board. Very smooth and easy ride. Drivers were all very nice as well!

Excellent day trip - highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and visited many places. The day was long but well worth the time, we saw so many things and made so many memories. The coach driver/guide was excellent - Halli. He was informative and interesting to listen to. He gave a wealth of information about the area. He was very personable. The scenery was amazing driving along the way to the various stops. All the Lupins were out and added a carpet of colour to the fields, albeit not a native plant, but to the eye is lovely to see. We enjoyed all the stops - Vik, Stjornarfoss Waterfall, all the glaciers were pointed out along the way too, Glacier Lagoon (Jokulsarlon) was amazing, Diamond Beach (a little disappointing - not much ice on the beach probably due to time of year/time of day) but still glad to have visited, Fagurholsmyri glacier, one additional stop at Reynisfjara black beach to see the basalt rocks before finishing off at Seljalandsfoss Waterfall. This was a full day 16 hours ... but worth every minute if you want to cover a lot of ground. There are also restroom stops with places to purchase food and drinks if required. Highly recommend this tour and the driver/guide he was brilliant.

The best way to go!

Riding FlyBus to and from KEF is the best way to go! It was just as fast as a private taxi (which we took on our last Iceland visit) but cost MUCH less. On our departure, FlyBus was at our hotel ahead of time and got us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight back home! FlyBus is the best way to get around Reykjavik! Thanks, FlyBus!

Great reliable service

Driver communicated the day we flew out to Iceland, and early on the pickup day. Even though we had 6 am pickup he was ready to go at 530 once we let him know we had gone thru customs and luggage must faster than expected. Dropped us off right in front of our hotel, which is much preferred over the flybus option which requires a change of busses at the central station and then only drops you off at the nearest bus stop. Also since we were a group of 4 was the same price as the flybus but definitely more convenient
