Nicola was an incredible...

Nicola was an incredible instructor! We booked the vegetarian cooking class because I'm vegan, while my partner isn't. Nicola shared plenty of helpful tips on how to adapt the recipes with vegan substitutions and additions, making it easy for us to recreate everything at home. He was warm, friendly, funny, and genuinely made the entire experience unforgettable! The class began with a short video about the history of pasta and its importance in Italian cuisine and culture. We then toured the pasta museum, where we learned about the different tools and traditions behind pasta making. Our class was intimate, with just 10 participants, which created a welcoming and interactive atmosphere. Together, we made several varieties of pasta while learning different techniques, tips, and tricks along the way. We also enjoyed wine, dessert, and great conversation with the rest of the group! I would absolutely recommend this experience to families, couples, groups of friends, or even solo travelers. It was informative, hands-on, and so much fun. Truly a highlight of our time in Florence! The ladies are amazing and very talented- Sandra ( the owner), Sarina and Julia! All of them were patient and attentive. Sandra worked hands on with us as she guided us through the process of creating our own handcrafted leather wallets. The energy in the shop was amazing, it felt like be welcomed in by family. We would definitely do it again! Thank you for making this activity memorable for us (mother and daughter). I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed this activity!!!! 10/10!!

Excellent Florence tour of David museum and Duomo

Brenda was an amazing tour guide. She was informative and added great little stories to bring to life what she was telling us. The time at the museum with David was great. Brenda was passionate and shared many details. The time at the Duomo was really unique. She shared details about the interior and then we climbed stairs to a private terrace. The views were great and we learned details about the exterior and restoration efforts. We have been traveling through Italy and Brenda is the best guide we have had so far.

This was such a fun thing to do! Betty was so kind and patient which was great since I am not a watercolor artist. I have never tried it before and she made it so fun. An incredible experience in a truly special place..

Had the most incredible experience at Castello del Trebbio. The venue is like something out of a dream and Lucia and Jerry made us feel so welcomed. Lucia shared some excellent history about the castle and the area as well as about the wine produced there. Jerry was an excellent teacher and taught us simple yet delicious dishes we can’t wait to make again once at home. It is evident that the staff and owners and passionate about what they do and have gone to great lengths to preserve the beauty and history that make Trebbio such a special place. The food, wine, views and service are all top tier. This was by far my favorite part of our week in Florence and I would highly recommend to anyone to book this. I hope we can return again next time we are in Tuscany! Thank you Lucia, Jerry and the owners for sharing Castello del Trebbio with us.

Excellent tour!

This night-time photography tour wit Eva in Florence was absolutely excellent. Exploring the city after dark gave it a completely different atmosphere, and the locations we visited were stunning. The guide was knowledgeable, patient, and gave really helpful tips for night photography, no matter your skill level. I came away with some of my favorite photos from my entire holiday. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence, especially if you enjoy photography.
