We will greet you at the studio at Borgo ss Apostoli, 18 (note: there are two of every number in Florence and we are the black number 18 -not the red)- located about halfway down the street at the edge of a tiny square called Piazza del Limbo. There would be Studio name on the buzzer.

Amazing opportunity!

Wow. This is one of the best experiences we have had in Florence. Laura is a fabulous artist and she shares her craft so beautifully. I’ve always wanted to explore painting, but have been intimidated by the tools, the paints, and just “where do I begin.” Laura starts with all of the basics, and presents them in such a lovely and relatable way. By the time we put brush to canvas, I felt confident in myself. It was a joyous feeling. I wish I could spend hours each day learning with Laura! Her studio is simply magnificent. Her paintings are inspiring, and her husband is a sculptor - his works are stunning. Their sweet pet rabbit, Leo, is a delightful addition to the marvelous environment we learned and painted in. A study in oil

Loved this. As an occasional painter, it was a good session to get back to the basics and understand how to paint better. As a beginner, I expect it would be even great. Laura is a great teacher, and her studio is a lovely place to get the creative juices flowing. I definitely recommend this class!
