Beauty of the Algarve Coast

This trip is a very full day. There is a lot of walking, & would not be suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. In saying that it was a fantastic experience & the group we were with were a lovely group of people to spend a day. Our guides Nonan & Joao were marvellous. They were patient, gave a lot of information about the environment & nature of the landscape. We also had 2 hours free time, which seems a lot but went so quickly. Our consensus was that the trip was well worth it & would highly recommend to anyone. Originally we were going to drive ourselves but with the parking issues were so glad we didn’t.

I booked this trip through Viator, my daughter & I wanted to explore some of the countryside in the evening. 🇵🇹☀️. We met our driver close to our hotel which was excellent !✨He was very friendly & funny from start to end! He gave us lots of information along the way!✨ The Algarve is beautiful! We passed through a few villages, and our first stop was at a farm. We got to see peacocks, ducks, geese, chickens, goats, a pig & horse! 🦚🦆🐓🐐🐖🐴 We also got to taste honey, jams & ‘fire water’. So many drops are growing on this farm, it was really lovely. 🌱🌳🌶️ Our second stop was at a ‘custard pie factory’, but due to the time of our trip they’d sold out! 🤩 We had lemon meringue pie & cake which was so good.🍰🍥 Our next stop was at the ‘“Queda de agua do vigario” waterfall! 🌱💦 There are many steps down, but so worth it! Beautiful. Finally we went up into the mountains to watch the sun set at Messines. 🌅 Here you have 360 degrees view of the surrounding countryside! The sunset spot itself is beautiful! I definitely recommend you go on this trip, it’s super good value for money & I feel you get to see the ‘real’ Portugal, a must see! ❤️🇵🇹

Island tour to the Deserted Island and Farol Island in the lagoon with very knowledgeable guide. A+

It was a very scenic tour in the lagoon next to Faro. The guide was very informative and kept a captive audience with his knowledge of the area. We visited two islands - the “Deserted Island” and Farol Island. We had a chance to explore both with ample time before returning to the Marina. We also saw quite a bit of wildlife, namely birds along the way. Excellent tour!

Wonderful 6 hour trip to several islands.

An excellent trip, don’t hesitate. Our driver Eric was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He told us a lot about the lagoon and the islands, and added on an extra stop at a deserted beach. The islands are absolutely beautiful, and lovely to wander around.

I would highly reccomend this experience. Our driver had us laughing from start to finish.every part of the trip was amazing from the farm animals to the lovely swim under the waterfall up in the mountain to watching the sunset.best part of our holiday.will definitely be doing this again.

Sebastian was a great tour guide, friendly, funny and very considerate of the range of ability in our group. Had a great time walking and being able to see the caves from above, he answered all our questions, helped us with photos and even suggested how we could come back with transport to do the walk/trail. The boat tour was quick but had some lovely views and just such an awesome experience. After we finished with some free time near the beach, the cafe had some great food and wine, food was fresh and staff were very friendly. My aunts went down to the beach (i was hungry) but they enjoyed the beach and still had enough time to get some food after!

Excellent experience

I had an excellent experience on this hiking excursion! From pickup to drop-off, everything was well organized and ran smoothly. Our guide, Arthur, was fantastic—very friendly, attentive, and always making sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. He was especially mindful during some of the steeper parts of the hike, ensuring we moved at a good pace and felt safe throughout. His support and positive attitude really made a difference. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-guided and enjoyable hike!

Just amazing!!

Miguel and Diego were incredible!! We had the best experience ever. They went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. Due to the weather conditions in the morning, we were offered to come back in the afternoon to do the Sunset Dolphin Watching for no extra cost! My family and I could not have asked for a better opportunity to see the dolphins putting on an amazing show whilst experiencing the beautiful sunset in the background!! Miguel and Diego were so accommodating especially with my children, they even saved them seats at the front of the boat! Muito obrigada Miguel and Diego, we will be back :-)

Desfrutando a boa vida

Beautiful location with delicious wine, lovely views and a pool to cool you off. We spent the afternoon enjoying wine, the reds especially, tapas and swimming. The tour of the winery was informative and we learned new facts. The kids were treated to homemade pastries, ice cream and juice which made the experience special for them.
