Este was very professional and knowledgable about Faro she was passionate about portugese food and history it was a pleasure to get to know her she took us to great places to eat sharing her knowledge of the dishes i even booked in for a night of Fado and food at one called Pica Pau

We had a lovely time wandering around Faro with Ester. Whilst it is a walking tour it was a very leisurely pace and not strenuous at all. We learnt a lot about the history of the city, local culture and the food. Ester took us to three quite different restaurants and were served a wide range of delicious dishes which catered to all tastes. The Fado singing ( Thursday night) was a real surprise and highlight. We would highly recommend this tour. Thank you

On Feb 4 we took a food and wine tour with our guide Ester. It was outstanding. She was engaging and has a great personality. We had a nice walk through the old town of Faro, and she provided some interesting and historical information about Faro and Portugal. We went to three excellent restaurants. (So good we went back later to one of them during our stay). We had several tapas meals of traditional Portuguese dishes and beverages. I highly recommend this tour if you want to get to know about Faro and Portuguese dining and drinks. Excellent.

The guide was friendly and gave some background/historical information but not as much as I’ve experienced in other destinations. Some of the food was exceptionally good but some was mediocre and it was quite repetitive. Overall we were disappointed, having experienced some excellent food and drink walking tours sold by Viator in other destinations.

Our food tour with Ester was incredible! She gave us a great history tour of the city along with our food tour. Each stop was unique and we loved all of the food. We took our 15-year old and Ester inspired him to try things he normally would not. She has many contacts throughout the city and everyone seems delighted to see her. That was fun! She also gave us many recommendations for activities to do while in Faro and other foods to try. I would recommend booking this!

Food was amazing. And plentiful. Taken to 3 completely different restaurants. Atmosphere at each was totally different from the others which was pleasant to experience. Guide was knowledgeable about local history. We learned quite a bit.

My wife and I joined two other couples and a loan traveller for a great walking tour of Faro. Our guide talked us through the local history as we explored the town. We stopped at four restaurants to taste the local cuisine (food and wine). We were part of a multi national party, it was a great evening.
