We used this service for both our pickup at CDG and our return transfer after our stay in Paris. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Private transfer from Prague airport to our hotel with English speaking driver. He was on time and communicated well with us thru WhatsApp. His driving was good and we talked about Prague highlights. He gave us a compact guide book of the city and a map; we used both during our visit. Very good experiencce overall.

Edward was very professional, assisted with the luggage, drove safely through rush hour traffic and got us to our hotel in an hour. He find the most efficient routes from CDG to Louvre Montana, a small hotel on Rue de Saint Roch. Reliable, on time, answered questions and allowed quiet time during the long drive early in the morning. Only disconnect our flight landed early and I forgot to turn off airplane mode to receive his arrival text. He found us outside baggage claim in arrivals.

Our driver was a hero, on time, no waiting made the drive to Athens quick and easy- even when we got a call 10 min in we had mistakenly grabbed someone elses luggage- the driver got back helped chat with airport staff to figure out where our luggage was, a hero- we would have been doomed in a taxi/uber- HIGHLY recommned

Honestly, making sure that I had reserved this option after disembarking was one of the best decisions I’ve made this vacation. I would not have wanted to try and scramble to find a ride and ultimately the cruise line planned trip to the center of Rome was twice as expensive as what we paid for two people.

He reached out as soon as we landed with clear instructions on where to go and how to find him, which made the whole process seamless. For our return trip, we needed to change the pickup location from what we originally provided. We messaged the team through the Viator app and got confirmation of the update in under 20 minutes. The fast response and smooth communication made us feel very well taken care of. I had also noted in the booking that my partner and I were not flying back together—my partner headed home while I continued on for work and planned to take the train from the airport. I know the service includes one drop-off, and walking to the station is totally fine, but I asked our return driver if getting to the train station was straightforward. He simply told me to use Google Maps, which wasn’t the reassurance I was hoping for since it was my first time doing this. That said, as we drove in, he did point out the station, which I very much greatly appreciated. Overall, the service was reliable, easy, and communicative, and it made our travel days much smoother.
