- Transfers for up to three (3) passengers are provided by sedan or taxi, while groups of four to six travelers will be transported in a minivan (e.g., Mercedes Vito).
- Each passenger is allowed to carry one (1) standard-size suitcase. Sedans and taxis can accommodate a maximum of two standard suitcases and two carry-on bags or backpacks in the trunk. If your group travels with more than three (3) pieces of luggage in total, we recommend booking for at least four (4) passengers to ensure a minivan is allocated for your transfer.
- Please note that oversized or excessive luggage may be subject to restrictions. We advise contacting the operator in advance to confirm whether such items can be accommodated.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Our driver arrived early just to make sure the pickup won’t be affected by road closure for the Athen’s marathon. Vehicle was comfortable and we were provided with bottles of water. Highly recommended

Scheduled our ride from downtown to the Athens Airport well in advance as we needed to be picked up at 3am!!! for an international flight. Our driver was at our door 10 minutes early and helped bring our luggage downstairs to the car. Quick efficient trip to the airport at that time of morning. Great experience overall. Only negative was that the driver spoke no English, so the trip was silent.

Theodoros arrived at my hotel earlier than expecting and was very accommodating and kind. He made good conversation as we talked about differences and similarities in the States and Greece and he helped teach me a bit about the Greek language and pronounciation!

At 9:05 I had to call them and ask where my ride was and then they told me that the driver had gotten in an accident because traffic and absence is insane. Generally driving in Italy in Athens is craziness, but they should’ve known that way before my 9 o’clock pick up- anyhow I had my hotel call a taxi which was eight euros cheaper so just have your hotel. Call you a taxi.

Great experience with driver. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. During our trip, we experienced some heavy traffic but had no issues because our driver was from the area and knew of the "shortcuts". Great service! I would absolutely use this company again!

The transfer never picked us up!!!! When I called the phone number, no one answered. I called Viator, and they tried to get in touch with them and also failed. We waited, and finally had to take a taxi

No communication from the driver or service. The driver did not show up for the pickup at our hotel. We had to get a taxi to take us to the Airport. Requesting full refund from Viator.
