Good experience car was on-time and clean. Only issue is that it is difficult to manage your booking (change details) or contact the agency/driver. Our flight arrived on time, but our bags were lost so it would have been nice to be able to communicate directly with the driver. Uber may have a leg up with the message feature.

Reliable, comfortable ride from Prague hotel to airport. The driver will not be in a suit and tie with dark sunglasses, but they are a friendly local. They arrived early for a 6 am pickup.

First, I booked a drive from the hotel to the airport. I woke up the day of the flight to a 3 hour delay. I tried to call the car company to adjust the time. Their phone was disconnected. I tried the Viator messaging app. They did not reply. I called Viator. They could not reach the car company either. If you cannot communicate with the company it makes travel difficult even impossible.
Second, you do NOT need an airport car service in Prague. Uber is the official airport transfer company. It’s reliable and half the price.

Our customer service office is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Outside these hours, passengers can contact their assigned driver directly using the contact details provided with the booking.
A three-hour change on the day of travel is considered a significant last-minute modification. As vehicle and driver schedules are arranged in advance, we cannot always accommodate such changes. In this situation, the safest option is to make a new booking for the required pickup time.
We regret that Viator was unable to reach us at that moment. However, our telephone line is active during our published office hours, and messages received outside these hours are handled once the office reopens.
Uber is one of several transport options available in Prague, but it is not the only official airport transfer service. Pre-booked private transfers offer a fixed price, a reserved vehicle, and a driver scheduled specifically for the passenger.

Car sent was very small and couldn't fit 3 luggages in the boot. Driver had no solution nor suggestion. Ended up having to store 1 luggage in the middle between 2 people, which was a very tight fit. Not worth the anxiety and discomfort since this was an advance booking. Driver was more concerned with his seats being scratched. Given the price, I felt scammed and believe that I would have been better off with Uber XL to the airpot. I had a good prior experience so this was very disappointing.

According to the booking, a standard sedan vehicle was reserved rather than a minivan. Under normal circumstances, a sedan can accommodate three standard suitcases, but oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle category. We understand that this was inconvenient and stressful, especially as you had booked in advance.
We have also reminded our drivers to be more proactive in helping customers find solutions when luggage space becomes an issue. We appreciate your previous journeys with us and are disappointed that this experience fell short of the standard you expected.

Our driver arrived on time. Car was very clean and spacious. Driver was very personable and we had great conversation on the way to the airport. Driver went to get us a luggage caddy when we arrived. The flight we were on was delayed 3 hours but Viator and the driver kept in regular contact and were there at the airport when we arrived. Great service. We used Viator for the return to the airport. The driver was on time and the cars were both immaculate too.

Because of a mix-up on the time of departure from Hotel Duo, that was later corrected, I had doubt when it was 10 minutes before time. In fact, Thomas was precisely on time, and provided a perfect delivery to out scheduled flight. I recommend this process to everyone.
