This is our second trip with this company which we highly recommend. The drivers are prompt and friendly and the cars are nice. There was a suspicious car at the airport that might have been a bomb threat which caused delays. Our driver had real time information and successfully navigated to the airport with only minimal delays. Highly recommend!

The flight we were on was delayed 3 hours but Viator and the driver kept in regular contact and were there at the airport when we arrived. Great service. We used Viator for the return to the airport. The driver was on time and the cars were both immaculate too.

Because of a mix-up on the time of departure from Hotel Duo, that was later corrected, I had doubt when it was 10 minutes before time. In fact, Thomas was precisely on time, and provided a perfect delivery to out scheduled flight. I recommend this process to everyone.

Excellent service. Completely hassle free. The driver turned up on time, drove extremely well to the airport, had perfect English and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He dropped us off as close to the departure area as he could and helped us out with the luggage

Driver not friendly on time but l
Waiting for us next to the hotel- lectured us of the street sign and be watchful of the drivers car and plate - it’s 4:45 am we may still be half awake and so is he. I wanted to take my back pack with me inside the car but he said no and lectured us again that we are in Europe and his car will be locked all the time. Viator will

They cancelled on us at the exact time they were to pick us up at the hotel.
No warning, no text. We had to scramble to make it to the airport with another ride, and just made it. Super stressful.
A horrible experience from an inept company. Will not use again.. Do not arrange your travel here!
