The waiting time in the meeting point will be 25 minutes,if the customers do not appear then the transfer will be marked as a NON show and you will not be refunded. Our transfer from the airport to our hotel in Piraeus was wonderful. Our baggage came quickly so we were more than a half hour early to our meeting spot. We messaged our driver, Ozzy, and he was there within a few minutes. He had contacted me earlier that day about our exact meeting location, so he made it super easy to connect with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us so much information about Greece. He even sent us many links for great things to do while in Athens. I highly recommend.

Me and my wife recently visited Athens in Greece. We expected to be
tired at arrival so we booked a transfer from airport to hotel. Our
driver George Ilios was a very nice person and accommodated all our
questions about Athens. He recommended things to do at different price
levels depending on taste and budget. He also told us about different
districts, what to seek and what to avoid. It turned out he was right.
Very helpful. The small van was comfortable and he took care of the
baggage without any problem. We would like to recommend Georges
service to anyone and especially if you are new to Athens. If you have
had a good time in Athens and suddenly notice that the budget
mysteriously shrunk we can recommend the Metro. We aimed for Syntagma square and found that trains for the airport are easy to find by visible signs and digital displays. Took about 50-60 min and the cost in late 2025 was 9 Euro/person.

it was difficult to locate driver as we were not familiar with the airport and he was not waiting at the gate with our names on a sign, it was very hot inside the car as the aircon was not on, but when we asked for it to go on Driver kept his window open so hot here still come inside the taxi . no water was provided

We were picked up on time. Athens is a very busy airport. Our driver Elton was very good . He provided batted water an snacks . He was very knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of good historical information about Athens and Greece, during our 45 minute drive to our Hotel. The car was clean and the ride was very comfortable.

It was fabulous! Elton, my driver, texted me the night before to communicate as well as when I to land. He gave me very clear directions about where to meet him.
Elton was a wondering man who gave me the history of Athens and Greece all the way to my hotel. He also told me what areas weren’t as safe for me to wander.
The Mercedes was very comfortable too.
I can’t give enough praise for Elton and the communication emails with Viator for my travels. Will definitely use Viator again as they made me as a woman traveling alone feel very cared for.
