Meeting point is the Athens Airport. After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you outside the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead passenger's name.

- Transfers for up to three (3) passengers are provided by sedan or taxi, while groups of four to six travelers will be transported in a minivan (e.g., Mercedes Vito).
- Each passenger is allowed to carry one (1) standard-size suitcase. Sedans and taxis can accommodate a maximum of two standard suitcases and two carry-on bags or backpacks in the trunk. If your group travels with more than three (3) pieces of luggage in total, we recommend booking for at least four (4) passengers to ensure a minivan is allocated for your transfer.
- Please note that oversized or excessive luggage may be subject to restrictions. We advise contacting the operator in advance to confirm whether such items can be accommodated.

My flight got in a little early so I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my pick up. Then we had to walk pretty far from the meeting point to the car. It probably would have been easier to just grab a taxi outside.

Driver was waiting where I was advised he would at arrivals with my name, took my case and drove me to my hotel which was not easy to get to but stopped at the front door and helped me with my luggage.

There was a sign waiting for us at the airport. We arrived later in the evening, but our driver pointed out things that could be seen at night. It was roughly a 35 minute driver from the airport to our Airbnb. Upon arrival, he made sure we were able into our place before he drove away. It was a convenient way to get from the airport to downtown Athens for first-timers.

We were instructed where to meet and at the agreed to time. When we arrived there was no driver. I called and was put on hold for a long time. I was informed he was on his way. I pressed and asked when. The answer was he did not know. I called back and got put on hold again for a long time. While I was still on hold I hailed a taxi. While in the taxi I got a call telling me my driver was on the way. I told them we were in a taxi. They felt terrible and refunded my money. After 26 hour of travel not having a ride was very disappointing. We needed sleep!

We landed a bit early, so we arrived a few minutes before our driver, but he met us promptly at the designated spot. Cristo was the best!!! He gave us history along the way to our destination. Helped us with pronunciation on words/phrases we had questions about. Gave us some food recommendations. He was lovely. He was exactly where the company said he’d be with our name on a sign. He even loaded our luggage on a cart (what would fit) and loaded the van. I would 100% recommend this company.

We paid for a driver to pick us up, to wait for us as we arrive with a sign and they were a no show. We walked around for a hour. They wouldn’t respond to messages, I tried to call twice… we also had to pay an extra 20 for a late arrival. So now we are now in an Uber paying again to another company. I need to get our money back

The driver was not waiting at the airport for the meet and greet. The driver texted me using Whatsapp about where to meet him. The excuse was the parking lot was too far away from the terminal to do the meet and greet. Once I got in the car he was very nice.

Harris was easy to communicate with, and we found him quickly when we arrived in Athens. Not only did we have a great ride to Athens Harris was like a private Tour Guide. We learned so much about Athens not only historically but culturally. We had a great discussion about things to do in Athens and we learned about the Greek people.
