Meeting point is the Athens Airport. After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you outside the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead passenger's name.

- Most travelers can participate
- Transfers for up to three (3) passengers are provided by sedan or taxi, while groups of four to six travelers will be transported in a minivan (e.g., Mercedes Vito).
- Each passenger is allowed to carry one (1) standard-size suitcase. Sedans and taxis can accommodate a maximum of two standard suitcases and two carry-on bags or backpacks in the trunk. If your group travels with more than three (3) pieces of luggage in total, we recommend booking for at least four (4) passengers to ensure a minivan is allocated for your transfer.
- Please note that oversized or excessive luggage may be subject to restrictions. We advise contacting the operator in advance to confirm whether such items can be accommodated.
- Please note that the estimated arrival time of the flight declared at the time of booking is tracked and served correctly

Very good experience, Harry was waiting in arrival hall even though our plane was an hour late. We had a good conversation about Greek economics and culture during the drive to the hotel. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone arriving at athens Airport and staying in the city.

Pro’s: driver was professional, prompt, and courteous. He was well on time for the pickup, was able to fit all our luggage (4 pieces), car was clean and comfortable, and walk to the car was a short distance away.
Con: it took over an hour to get from the airport to downtown because he avoided the toll roads and took side streets. My assumption for a $100+ black car service is we’d be able to take the toll roads to get there faster.

Driver was very efficient meeting us at the airport. Sent us a message that I received as soon as we landed with clear instructions where to meet him. The vehicle was a very clean and spacious Mercedes van. Only comment was he drove a bit faster than I'd like but it didn't seem he was the only one travelling at that rate so I guess typical for Athens.

Had to wait 45 minutes for pickup. Emailed pickup service because they didn’t text as I asked them to. They said driver was there and he wasn’t until 45 minutes later. Driver apologized for being late and was very courteous.
