Everything we were looking forward to in the mountains packed into one awesome day- horseback riding, natural river water fed water slide, zip lining hundreds of feet above the forest, canopy walk, it was a blast for everyone in the group. I can't stress enough how the driver and guide took extra measures to make sure everyone was safe- on the way home after the experience there was an accident on the road in front of us, they went out of their way to make sure we were safe, made sure that we got home okay.

An absolutely incredible tour, one of the highlights of our trip! Corcovado is stunning, and we were lucky to see so much wildlife: squirrel and spider monkeys, two anteaters, crocodiles, and a wide variety of beautiful birds. A big shoutout to our guide, Elbert, who truly made the experience even better. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate, sharing fascinating insights throughout the tour and helping us spot animals we would have definitely missed on our own. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area, an unforgettable experience!

What an amazing adventure. It was a long day but well worth it. We were picked up at our hotel and went on a great adventure with 12 other people. The guide was amazing. And the driver was very safe. Learning about the country of Costa Rica and all the great sites was amazing. Well worth the long day.

Lovely experience and wonderful people - we met many very kind people on this beautiful day! The tour guide was super informative and really seemed to care about the information she was sharing with us, and the animals we saw as well. We didn't get to see POAS due to the clouds but honestly it didn't take away anything from our tour. I definitely recommend you book with this company!

My family and I enjoyed this experience very much. Our tour guild, Andrea, was friendly and knowledgeable. Other than the company having to change my tour time (24 hours notice) everything went smoothly. My 3 kids (ages 9,7,5) walked the whole tour and said they really liked it as well.

We started with a change of pickup from 8:30 to 10:30 and honestly this was great. After picking up at other hotel around the city we began the journey - it takes a while. We then stopped and changed busses and met the guide who drove us the rest of the way. It was an incredible tour of the animals, decent lunch, but by far the best were the waterfalls. The sheer beauty and power of nature on full display.

A fantastic full-day tour to see the highlights of Nicaragua! Both guides were extremely communicative and helpful so it made crossing the Costa Rica-Nicaragua Border on our own a breeze! Lots of time spent in the van but it was worth it to see beautiful views, an active volcano, the charming town of Grenada and a lake cruise. Highly recommend!

The Arenal Volcano and Baldi Hot Springs Full Day Tour was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica, and that is largely thanks to our incredible host, Eric. If you’re looking for a tour that immerses you in the true culture, history, and rhythm of Costa Rica — this is it. From the moment we started, Eric’s passion for his country was undeniable. He didn’t just point out landmarks — he taught us about the central cities, the number of volcanoes in the region, and even the crops that are planted and valued across Costa Rica’s beautiful wetlands. His knowledge was as impressive as his heart, and he made sure every member of our group felt welcomed, informed, and included. We were able to eat like locals, stay perfectly on schedule, and have all our (many!) questions answered with patience and enthusiasm. Some of the most memorable parts of the experience included:     •    Friendly, engaging tour guides at every stop     •    Fantastic food at thoughtfully selected local restaurants     •    A meaningful stop at an ox cart workshop, where we learned about the labor history behind ox carts and the traditional hand-painted designs created by paid local artists Although the weather didn’t allow us to see the volcano due to fog (a reminder to avoid travel during peak wet season if a clear view is a must), the day was still unforgettable — and honestly, we’d gladly return just to tour with Eric again. He was professional, kind, funny, and kept the group engaged from start to finish. We always knew where we were headed next, when we’d eat, and what to expect — which made the full-day tour feel smooth, organized, and relaxing. Highly recommend this tour — and even more so, highly recommend Eric. Costa Rica came alive through his eyes, and that’s something we will always remember.
