This tour was worth every penny, from San Jose pickup to dropping us off were so smooth. Our driver, Diego, picked us up on time and was knowledgeable about the roads and some of the mountains we passed by. We did surfing and atv. Both were amazing. Our instructor, Mario for surfing was very nice, accommodating and very patient with us. We learned so much from him and taught us so well. He was very funny as well. Sebastian was our tour guide for atv, he was also amazing and accommodating. Just beware, there’s only specific locations for pickups and drop-offs, we were just fortunate that our hotel is one of those.

This was actually an 'adventure park', which I didn't realize when booking. The zipline was challenging. Because of the way they do it, it was hard to control. It was fun, but I'd choose another methodology next time. The Chocolate presentation was cute. Kia (not sure I'm spelling that right) and Jordan were lovely, kind, and so sweet. I wasn't feeling well, and they accommodated me readily and they were terrific, and the chocolate was really nice! Overall it was WAY too expensive for what we got.

My friends and I did ATV and Ziplining , let’s just say we have the time of our lives. Our ATV instructor was Juan and he was amazing . Zipling was truly an amazing experience overall. The instructor all were fun and extremely helpful. Overall I’d do again and again and again

The drive from the hotel (by airport) was about 2 hours due to construction closer to Herradura.
The activities we did (horseback riding and ATV) were nicely planned and guided by experts.
The entire trip was an excellent experience.

ATV/Ziplibibg experience was amazing-
Diego the driver was very nice but I felt that he was careless with the safety of the passengers; constantly on the phone not focused on the road, the passenger next to him was showing him pictures on the phone and he thought it was priority over safety. The speeding in bad weather was not acceptable at all. But overall the place was good the female workers have the worse attitude while the men are friendly and welcoming.

The ziplining was awesome! Lots of different lines and some of them very fast and long. The chocolate tour was delicious and really interesting and informative. Lunch was great too. The whole staff at the park was amazing.

Amazing experience great staff at the adventure place. We did horseback and ATV. Although nothing on the company but the girl in front of us during ATV kept taking selfies and holding us up. Again nothing on the company but maybe restrict people from being on their phones during ATV. Again great place. Great customer service and attention detail. We had a blast.

Awesome experience. Our hotel wasn’t on the list but I reached out and they were able to pick us up. We even made a surprise stop along the way! Plenty of food is provided, everyone was super friendly and it was an overall amazing experience. I have a fear of riding horses after a bad experience in the past but the guides helped me feel comfortable and it ended up being a blast. Would definitely recommend and it’s well worth the price!

My experience was amazing! 10/10 we did the ATV and horseback package with hotel pickup & lunch. Our tour driver spoke English and Spanish, he was very informative telling us a little history as we go, we made stop to see crocodiles and get snacks. Once we got the adventure park our activities include lunch in between at one of the restaurants on site.
Tip; if you’re doing ATV the insurance $25 per ATV or you can opt out and they will place a $1000 hold on your credit card that you get back at the end. I say Get the insurance and save yourself the trouble if something does happen

Need Viator to explain ahead of time with more clarity (than buried in the litany of disclaimer information to read) that the Adventure Park company holds $1,000.00 on your credit card for insurance when you ride their ATVs or it costs $25.00 extra per person for the insurance.
The experience is still awesome and we would do it again. However, when you arrive at the Adventure Park it starts off disturbing and disheartening to find out this information that is buried in the Viator agreement. We weren't the only ones surprised and frustrated by the $1,000.00 credit card hold. Knowing the information ahead of time will allow a perfect experience with no surprises. We did the $25.00 insurance coverage and still rode the ATVs which was the highlight of the day!

My brother and I chose the ATV and surfing lessons. The surfing lessons were so much fun. Our surfing teacher was a blast and made the experience lots of fun. However, our ATV experience was just ok. I was under the impression that there were going to be multiple stops along the ATV route, but we only stopped at one waterfall and swam there for about 20 minutes and then rode around on some paths back to the park. It was very underwhelming, and I would rather have paid to do something else if I would have known it would pretty much be a waste of time. Also, they didn’t put on my wristband that we got lunch included, even though that’s what I paid for, so after the ATV tour I had to go through a big ordeal to ensure that we got our lunch. I would recommend if you like to waste a lot of your time and not get what you paid for.
But, our driver, yasin (I think that was his name), was the best guy ever. Super friendly and I wish him the best. We would move him home with us and make him our personal driver if we could! Godspeed sir!

I got Chocolate Tour ,it was a great experience m. I unfortunately forgot his name but Venezualian Instructor for the Chocalate tour was great. I learned many things about history of Coco ! And second was Surfing for me. It was so good. My instructor Victor was an master of waves , we had so much fun during the class. I was like in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with huge waves and I will never forget that moment.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The ATV rides and horseback riding were so much fun and incredibly well-organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure we had the best time.

Had fun. I was a bad ATV driver, but the guide was very patient. The zipline was exhilarating and definitely worth the time and money. The operators ensured you were safe and comfortable. You did not feel rushed in any way. The only downside is the cost of the photos. I really wanted the spider zipline photo and a couple others, but the cost was US$17 for one photo! SEVENTEEN DOLLARS- That is exorbitant. You can also pay $65 for the full package which is still ridiculous for digital photos. That sullied the day a bit, but the experience of the adventures remains memorable in a very positive way.

Zipline was 12 separate courses - for a total of 1-2hrs. For horse back riding (or any activity), make sure you wear long pants because I got a tick on my leg and had to go to the ER to get it removed.. they should make that a requirement. Overall the activities were fun and instructors were very helpful. Fresh fruit cups after each activity were a nice touch. Shout out to horse back riding instructor Luis!

We arrived a bit late due to roads being closed down because of landslides, but a short walk to the next taxi to take us to the site was smooth. 1st had lunch due to late arrival and food was great and filling, plus you could have as much as you’d like in the buffet. The ATVs were amazing and a great experience and then right after they were waiting at the meeting spot with the horses that took us through rivers up and down hills for the whole HBR experience

Fantastic day trip all around! From pick up at our hotel to the ATV course, to the beach time, hands down, absolutely worth taking. The ATV course was awesome, lots of aggressive hills and streams with lots of guaranteed splashes & mud!! Waterfall was nice and refreshing at the end of our ATV ride. Our guide, Eric, was super cool and highly recommend the ATV course. We did the beach time as a second half adventure ( know that if you want to get beach time, you will only get one excursion at the park). Beach time is at a partner hotel in Jaco and will be worth the trip. Beach was amazing and food was great! We tried the ceviche and and asado plate. Beer was cold at the bar and scene was perfect! Highly recommend this tour!
