Great park… poor booking agent service!

Xplor park is great. Lots of fun things to do. Cave are amazing but LOTS of walking. Long waits on a couple of the activities. The Zip Line takes 1 hour 40 minutes with no way to exit before the end. There 10 lines and a ridiculous amount of stairs. Once you’re in there, there’s no way out. In the heat, it’s extremely strenuous. If you’re not in great physical condition… do not attempt the zip lines. The transportation if you choose the transport included is confusing. Our hotel was not listed as a pick up location, when I used the chat to inquire, I was instructed to select “I’ll decide later” and then enter our hotel details in the special instructions. I did that. The day before, I’m informed that they would not pick us up at our hotel. At this point the cancelled was 100%. The only option was to Uber to a hotel in porto Morelos to be picked up… at our expense. When I emailed them saying we followed your instructions they were repeatedly telling me to take it up with the tour provider… it wasn’t the tour provider who gave us incorrect info, it was the booking agent! Despite the park being great… this tour booking agent is not! The last minute scramble to find a ride… that we thought was included in the price was stressful.

Thrilling experience in nature!

This experience was so fun! The buggies were thrilling! Be prepared to get dirty, which is what makes the experience. But the ultimate was the cenote. We had never seen anything like it…so private, calm, and beautiful! Everyone should plan to visit a cenote at least once! And this one is completely natural and devoid of tourists. From start to finish, our group had a great time!

This was a fantastic experience, made even better by George, our guide. He was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating—especially when it came to taking photos and videos for us. Watching the sunset was absolutely stunning, and kayaking through the mangroves was a real highlight. Although we used the insect repellent provided (and still ended up with a few bites), it was completely worth it. A memorable experience that I’d happily recommend.

Executed absolutely flawlessly, start to finish. Shuttle to Total Snorkel to boat to snorkel to dock to shuttle back. And we were at Ava too, on the opposite side of the hotel zone. The captain, Emilio, was a riot. He drove us all over his “swimming pool”. Mauricio was our in the water guide, such a nice guy also! The Cenote is the deepest dive, don’t think anybody in our group made into it, I think it’s about 25 ft. down. Everything else is fairly shallow, 8-12 ft. You’re given a decent amount of time in every area. We saw 2 turtles, Mauricio found them and notified us all if we wanted to snorkel over and see them. The reef and coral were wonderful, lots of colorful fish, a couple stingrays. The only somewhat crowded portion was the shipwreck. Several boats converged at once and everybody just jumped in. This was the highlight though. I believe we saw a couple barracuda in this location, 3-4 ft. long, silver fish

Great excursions for the price!!!

Whole experience was awesome!!! Our guides Gabrielle and Keekay were AWESOME!! They did an outstanding job and made the excursions even better. Timing could have been a bit better as we didn't get to swim in the cenotes very long, maybe about 15-20 minutes. We wanted to swim longer for sure. Also, the horse I got on was too small for me. I should have been put on a much bigger horse. Im 6'5" 240 pounds and I was too heavy for the small horse and he did NOT like me on his back lol kinda scary but No issues and we had a blast. Everyone was super friendly. This is my 2nd time doing the exact same excursions and I definitely recommend! Worth every penny!

I had a great time and...

I had a great time and our guide David was a lot of fun! They recommend water shoes and they can be purchased there if needed. Also no phones or cameras allowed in the water, they can be used at cenotes just not in the actual water, so they have a photographer there and you can buy the pictures after. The tequila tasting was informative with local tequila and the option to buy a bottle to take home. Overall would recommend experience to anyone!

Perfect for beginners

This was an amazing course! Teaches you all the basics of scuba diving and then gives you a tour of a museam and an unspoiled reef (reef is way better than the museum). The instructor had an ENORMOUS amount of patience and made sure everyone was safe and enjoyed the dive. Tip: Be prepared to spend about 85 USD for pictures. You don't need to, but trust me it's worth it!

Great show

Great show in an intimate theater, not a bad seat in the house from what I could see. The appetizers are overly fussy and not that appealing. I got them only to have the closer seats but probably would have been better with the show only and ordering drinks and popcorn at the bar. Such a good show though!

Highly recommend and thank you

They were amazingly flexible when SEVERE flooding near the hotel zone delayed my transport to the site. Instruction and practice in the pool were extremely helpful and informative. As a first timer, I felt safe and amazed by the experience during the two real dives. Photo and videos were a wonderful keepsake (additional fee). Highly recommend if you're interested in trying scuba diving.

Overall great experience, definitely an adventure (so if you’re not looking for one, I suggest a different excursion). Our guide, Julio, was awesome. Transportation was an ease (van, not bus). Upon arrival, you will have the option to buy gear to use on the ATV (face covering, glasses, bandana), however, we didn’t feel the need to buy anything. One thing that might be helpful are gloves. There will be a photographer with you the entire time taking pictures, which turned out great! Tequila tasting was also very interested and delicious. I’m not a big tequila person, but this tequila was good.

Even better then expected!

Incredible experience! Better than expected. If you're looking for a quick adventure then this is for you. Don't get roped into any package offered at your hotel or the GOLD or VIP packages offered at the adventure site, stick with this Standard package. You won't find better value than this. It was smooth from start to finish. From the shuttle driver arriving right on time, to us being busy with Zipline, ATV and cliff jumping and tequila tasting, there wasn't ever a dull moment. Each of us ended the tour with two complimentary tacos. The staff was amazing, and the customer service was very responsive. It was very evident when I called the customer service line because I had left my phone in the shuttle and the driver drove back to our hotel to return it.

Seemed abit expensive at the time of booking , but realy was worth every penny , the activities were so much fun the food was gorgeous , the park is so well set out, I'd recommend going in evening as it wasn't to warm and such a vibe in the dark , I would definitely lately do this again , tour guide Victor was great also
