Amazing, I highly recommend this trip. They where a little late for pickup but that was about it. Our tour guide was extremely energetic and fun. Every experience was fun and he was encouraging through all my moments of fear. I would definitely do this again!!!

Everyone was so nice at the excursion but I must say I don’t like how we were getting fished for pick up and the driver had literally just arrived. Also it says approximately 5 hours but this took up our whole day we got picked up at 12 and didn’t get back until 8pm. Another thing is there’s too much waiting in between the different excursions, we did atv first (which the road was dangerous and I felt unsafe) but we have to wait an hour to start the next excursion. Everyone was cool but this took up way too much time

Terrible! Pick up location was wrong. Driver was hour late and left us! Terrible service! Driver never called to let us know he was coming! Scam!!

We did the jungle ATV, zip lining, and cenote excursion in cancun, and overall it was an okay experience, but it didn’t fully meet our expectations.
The biggest issue was communication and timing. The pickup arrived late, and we weren’t notified until I reached out. The delays were about 20–40 minutes, which was frustrating. We also were not informed ahead of time that the drive to the location is around 1.5 hours each way, with the return taking even longer due to rush hour traffic. On top of that, the last few kilometers into the jungle are on a very bumpy dirt road, which would have been helpful to know in advance.
The tour guides were good and friendly, and once we arrived, the activities themselves were enjoyable. For anyone booking, a few tips: bring a t-shirt for zip lining instead of wearing a bikini top, sunglasses and a banana to protect your eyes/face during the ATV ride and bug spray. They do provide this at a little store in the jungle for an additional cost. Lastly, they do take photos during the experience as they do not aloud phones (only during the cenote we were aloud phones), but those are available at an additional cost.
Overall, the excursion had fun elements, but better communication and clearer expectations would have significantly improved the experience.

Fun, but beware of the photo scam!
The excursion itself was great, but they take away your phones and force you to lock them up so you can’t take your own pictures. If you’re caught with your phone, they’ll confiscate it.
They do this to upsell overpriced photo packages that cost hundreds of dollars — and it’s all or nothing, no option to buy just a few photos. Total rip-off.
We skipped the scam and just enjoyed the experience. No picture is worth $200.
Book through your resort concierge instead — they’re usually more transparent and reliable.

Dear Adeel: The no phones in the atv and zipline its security reasons you cant drive the atv with one hand and drive with the other you put in risk your self and the others and in the ziplines you need to be with your hand free for security reasons , you can wear a action can vest if you want but no phones.

I would suggest you try and do all the activities its so much fun! And the staff treat you like family from the very start keeping safety first but Extremely Fun! 10 out 10 would recommend!!!

My experience was great. The ATV ride was a little bumpy, but it was fun. Jumping in the cave was a great experience. The zip line in for my first time was a great experience. Everything was great.

ATV and Ziplining was amazing. I also experienced the horse back riding which was very peaceful.
Only thing I would say was the cenote was not as expected. Very dark unlike photos which showed a brighter picture.

Very low budgeted set up. Don’t join. They kept pushing us to buy photos, which is very annoying. Go to Xplor Park instead. We loved it there.

This excursion was terrible. I would never recommend!! We explored with 17 people and it was a very boring ride to say the least. The ONE tour guide was drinking alcohol and the zipline was 5 feet off the ground. ONE guide for 17 riders!!
PLEASE select another option if you want to have a good time.

Overall good experience… Cenote is beautiful could use a little more lights… the atv ride was fun and bumpy I really enjoyed the zip lines. The picture guy did a good job capturing the experience. The staff were all great and friendly the only down side was the ability to get food… there wasnt many options.. I enjoyed my cheese quesadilla but would have loved more options.. I would recommend this experience. The price was right. Coming from Cancun it is a bit of a drive be prepared for about 60-90 minutes ride depending on the traffic

We were picked up from el dorado royale hotel the trip from there to this place was like 40min and maybe 30min of bumpy road (dirt road) a lot of trees makes you think for a min where we going? So I suggest some drinks or something to help with the ride but when you get there you meet some of the nicest people very professional and can be funny at times keeps the stay very relax feeling and comfortable I suggest you go

The ATV was the best part. Included a meal which was pretty good. The guy there made it a lot of fun. You could even sample some homemade tequila. The cenote was so beautiful and the zip line was short but it was fun. Definitely worth the trip.

The place is literally in the jungle; it’s about 45 to 1 hour from hotel zone; IT DOES
NOT START AT 9 am !! If u get 9 am tour: the ATV’s ARE SO OLD! Although, the people at the place where we landed were very nice and courteous. Zip lining was ok.

If you are reading this, this is your warning. Do not waste your time and money. They said the drive came to pick us up. But he never showed. We were ON time and waited an hour. Terrible service and communication. Stay away! Stay away!!!

I waited 30 mins for the tour guide to arrive but he never showed up. I called him for my hotel phone & I wrote him multiple times but I never got a response. This is the worst experience ever, and I can’t believe this happened to me.

The experience was amazing. Only about a 40 min drive from the hotel zone in Cancun. The ATVs through the jungle was so fun. Zip lines were terrifying (for me) but very fun and the cenote was pretty magical. I went with my 14 year old daughter and she loved every minute.
Not able to give the tour 5 stars as they did not show to pick us up and it was very difficult to get a hold of the tour operator. Thankfully they did get us eventually. If it happens to you just keep calling non stop until someone answers.
The staff that run the activies were amazing and very friendly. Eating authentic mexican food was a cool experience too. We did not buy photos as they are just way too expensive.

This experience was well worth everything! The ATV’s was so much fun (you always want to go longer) but we enjoyed them. The zipline was an experience. If you don’t like bridges I wouldn’t recommend, but their team keeps you safe so you wouldn’t really mind. Let’s get to the cenote ! BEST EXPERIENCE! it is two one you can jump & the other you can walk in. Paco was amazing with the tequila tasting & the staff was very friendly. Everyone was super nice & welcoming. This is the one you want to do.

We really wanted to do this tour, but it didn’t happen. The tour operator sent us a message via Viator and told us to be ready outside our hotel at 12:20 but nobody ever came. We tried calling and texting via the Viator app but nobody responded. Since we paid in full we’d like a full refund but both Viator and the tour operator seem to be dragging their feet about that. Hopefully they will understand we did everything correct on our end and they are the ones who made a mistake. It was just a mistake and nothing intentional on their behalf but we’d still like our money back
