We recently did the ATV, zipline, and cenote tour in the Mayan Riviera with Jungle Tours and overall had a good experience, especially for the price. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and clearly worked hard to make sure everyone had fun. That energy definitely added to the day. The ATVs themselves were a bit older and the track was quite bumpy. It was fun, but the ride felt shorter than I would have liked. The ziplining was enjoyable as well, though fairly simple and quick, so if you’re looking for a more adventurous or technical course, this may feel a little basic. The real highlight of the tour was the cenote. It was absolutely beautiful. The swimming and diving were excellent, and the setting was just stunning. That alone made the day worthwhile. Lunch was another pleasant surprise. The tacos and fajitas were excellent, fresh, and very satisfying after the activities. The only downside was the number of upsell moments throughout the experience. There was a tequila tasting that felt more like a sales pitch, and several additional opportunities to purchase add-ons. At times it felt a bit pushy and slightly detracted from the overall experience. That said, for the price, it was solid value and a fun way to spend a day in the Riviera Maya. If you go in expecting a light adventure with a beautiful cenote experience, you’ll likely enjoy it.
