It was a fun experience. I would definitely recommend. I will also say bring your own goggles and something to cover your face as the ATVs is very dusty and everything‘s bumpy. If you want to bring gloves too that’s also a plus and also it is an all day event so please plan accordingly you’ll be there all day. Our reservation was at 12 PM. We got home at 7 PM. Once you’re done you sitting & more of a money grab. While watching the show but I’m saying this to let whoever know the experience! It was lovely but wasn’t what I expected once I was done with atv and etc. So just be mindful of that ! But you also won’t regret it just be prepared ! Nacho was a great guide it was a great place !

Easy booking, great communication, on time pick up, impeccable service by Alberto and the company. Great price and well worth it. It was our anniversary, they went above and beyond. Customized the welcome sigh to reflect our anniversary and even decorated the van with so.e balloons and streamers. Our driver Alberto was great!! The black van was clean on the outside and inside. We will be booking with this company from now on when in Cancun!!

Customer service is amazing! They responded quickly to every question i had. They werw even able to adjust with unexpected changes in my flight. They arrived on time at the location we discussed and were easy to locate. The information provided at booking was accurate and very helpful. They even provided photos to make even easier. The driver was friendly and professional!!

The entire experience was great. Marlo was our director! He was awesome! ATV were more of going in a circle on a small path. Zip line was awesome I’m a big guy and they got me right!! The cenote is the coolest thing ever! Definitely jump in! And if you lose something the people there are master swimmers I watched them dive in the water to get glasses and shoes with no gear! You don’t even have to ask! Very little food. Plenty of water. I’d do it again 100x!!

Booked two one ways since I wasn't sure of our return details when booking the transfer to the hotel. Both times the transfer went very smoothly. On the pickup, there was a person holding my name on a sign by the welcome bar. After greeting him, he asked us to wait a few minutes for the driver, then took us over to him. The shuttle van was clean and very large. My only minor complaint was the Whatsapp response time wasn't always quick, but I always got a response eventually which answered/resolved my inquiries.

The experience was faultless, we saw a gentleman holding a tablet with my name as soon as I was outside the airport, he took us to our driver who was very polite and helpful, as we left he offered myself and my wife a nice cold beer which was very nice in the heat, the experience from the airport to our hotel was brilliant and so relaxed, I would strongly recommend the company to anyone as it started our holiday off brilliantly!!!!

Perfect transportation experience beginning to end! I’m so glad we went with this company Luis & Miguel were great. Easy, clear communication after booking online, and also through customs arrivals. Our driver was easy to find, waiting for us right outside baggage claim. He took care of our bags while we cooled off in the crystal clean SUV with cold beverages. That was such a nice treat! Flying into CUN airport is definitely an overwhelming project we had just flown 5 hours so this was such a smooth, great way to start our vacation.
