Overall communication was excellent. They respond within minutes and have great insight on questions you may have about extra activities. The issues we had started with our arrival to the airport. We spent about 20 minutes outside the airport trying to find our driver. He wasn’t visible with my name on a sign making the transition difficult. Our next issue came when we book reservations for Kanan Restaurant. We made our reservations through them and they insured our booking and even sent us a confirmation picture. When we arrived at the restaurant they told us that we didn’t have anything booked under my name or the transpo agency. Luckily they had available seating. Our last issue came when we booked the Floating breakfast along with dinner from their private chef (Highly recommend booking him, he’s a great chef and is very professional). We paid for both services after the breakfast and gave an extra $40 tip all while the lady over the booking counted it in our face. At dinner we asked the chef if we owed anything (we knew we didn’t, we were sent confirmation that it was paid in full + tip) & he informed us that we may have been $20 short. We didn’t make a fuss about it just made a mental note of it. I recommend if you book the chef, tip him personally.
