My experience here was...

My experience here was absolutely amazing, and I would recommend it to everyone! From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we felt safe at all times. We were accompanied by a guide during every activity, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and gave us peace of mind. Out of all the excursions I went on during my trip, this one was by far my favorite. They had great music, a fun tequila tasting, and the staff kept the energy up the entire time. Everyone had such a great sense of humor and made us laugh from beginning to end. A special shout-out to our guide, Rino (or Reno—I hope I'm spelling it correctly!). He was incredible and had us laughing the whole day. If you happen to see this, thank you for making our experience so memorable—I’ll definitely be back to see you! Also, whoever was taking the pictures deserves a raise because these are honestly the best excursion photos I've ever had taken! I'd love to know what camera you used. 😂 The only concern I have is regarding the horses. I noticed that some guests who appeared to be well above an average weight were still allowed to ride them. I don't think that's fair to the animals, and I hope the company continues to prioritize their well-being by enforcing appropriate weight limits. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and for giving us such an unforgettable experience!

Amazing experience...

Did this excursion with my teenage daughter together with my friend and her son cuz it was her birthday. Our tour guide (Jenny) was awesome. She kept an eye on my daughter while riding the ATV cuz it was our 1st time riding the ATV'S. I was scared to do the zip lining but faced my fear n did it, didn't regret doing it. Tequila tasting was delicious...lol...tacos for lunch was yummy but 2 wasn't enough. The package I choose was ATV riding, Zip lining, Horseback riding, Tequila tasting and the cenote. I must say the cenote was amazing! Only thing is that the ride from our resort to the Mayan jungle tour was like an hour n a half drive. Was there Friday 19th of June, 2026. The entire excursion was amazing. Angela.....

Fun, with caution.

It was a fabulous experience. Tips! If you have foot issues bring your own water shoes. The ones they provide have thin soles. Hubby has serious bruises. Wetsuit not needed, but could help prevent scrapes. A tour like this would never be allowed in the United States due to safety issues. Still very fun, but moderate to high risk. Photos were $35 each. No high pressure to purchase them on our trip. The buffet was an actual buffet was quite good and was all you can eat. Our only downside was to drive there and back as it was very far from our resort. It was also very bumpy within the area of Rio Secreto.

A time to remember

Be prepared and come with an open mind. The experience was worth it, but it helps to wear comfortable clothes/ closed toe shoes, and also some eye goggles to help protect from dust that can be a bit a challenge when your ATV riding, stay patient during busy times, and really take in the moment instead of rushing through it. The staff/people were welcoming, and the atmosphere made the trip memorable. I’d also recommend bringing some sunscreen in hot months and some bug spray to keep mosquitoes away. Our tour guy Roro and his team were great.

The reviews are right when they say they try to upsell you on a lot of things, but you can just politely decline and they leave you alone. I think you get a lot of value out of what you pay. THIS WAS SO GREAT and beyond worth the value! Our guide Henry was amazingggg and friendly, so was our photographer. Pics are obviously an added $$, but worth it IMO. If I had one piece of feedback, I wish the time at the cenote was a little longer. I don’t think it mentioned when we booked, but after the tequila tasting, we had an amazing lunch with many foods included and the option to purchase more. 10/10 experience, I would recommend it! Worth it!

Prepare to swim! Tons to see and do. Need the whole day for it. Food is great and its worth getting wet and seeing all kinds of fish and wildlife. Slides are fun and I recommend getting the photo package. Tons for it and you get photos you dont want to miss. 2nd time going for just how awesome it is!

ATV - Zip Line - Cenote …. With Tequila!

Resort pickup was a breeze, followed by a 25 minute drive to the location. ATV was first, and this was fun, although I wouldn’t recommend two adult sized people riding together. Zip line was next and was terrific. The staff at each station made sure the rigging was safe and the rides were thrilling. Last was the Cenote and lunch, which was pretty cool. We really enjoyed the lunch and the added tequila tasting. The Cenote jump and swim were very refreshing. My favorite part of the trip was our group leader, Ernesto. He was there at every step helping us with a smile. I’m so glad we were in his group.

Great fun! Great value!

This was a really good tour for the value. Even considering the $60 extra that you have to pay per couple when you arrive it was still well worth it for everything you get! I read some bad reviews and I think those people are just way too critical. The food was fine and everything was great.

Even better then expected!

Incredible experience! Better than expected. If you're looking for a quick adventure then this is for you. Don't get roped into any package offered at your hotel or the GOLD or VIP packages offered at the adventure site, stick with this Standard package. You won't find better value than this. It was smooth from start to finish. From the shuttle driver arriving right on time, to us being busy with Zipline, ATV and cliff jumping and tequila tasting, there wasn't ever a dull moment. Each of us ended the tour with two complimentary tacos. The staff was amazing, and the customer service was very responsive. It was very evident when I called the customer service line because I had left my phone in the shuttle and the driver drove back to our hotel to return it.
