Nate is a spectacular guide, throughout the tour he told us about the places we visited, the van is quite comfortable, each place we arrived at was more beautiful than the last, plus, although the tour says it is with an English-speaking guide, Nate also speaks fluent Mandarin and Spanish. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent wine tasting tour

Chris was our driver/guide and he provided excellent care and choice of wineries to visit. We visited three wineries and all wines tasted were of a consistently high quality and the team's at the wineries were all extremely friendly and professional. The Platypus coach was clean, very comfortable and timings were spot on. Water available throughout on board and a good picnic lunch was provided.

Denise was a wonderful...

Denise was a wonderful guide ! She was friendly and knowledgeable. We got to hike and walk a couple of trail. She showed us many of the highlights. The rock formations that looked like a Cap, Stonehenge and a Chaise lounger as well as many others. We saw what is believed to be the tallest Joshua Tree at the National Park . She explained the flora and how resilient the trees are . She had cold water and snacks available for us . It was a worthwhile tour and I would recommend it !

Thoroughly enjoyable...

Thoroughly enjoyable experience despite the weather being cold and grey. Our Skipper Michael and his first mate Ryan looked after us very well and made sure we were warm enough by providing rugs. They gave us lots of interesting chat and the two hours went very quickly. Only negative being that the advertising only says that boat leaves from Pier 39. Well, Pier 39 is huge and 2-sided and it would have helped greatly to have been told which dock it left from.
