Super Biking Tour of Bruge!

A truly delightful exploration of Bruges. We did an almost complete navigation of the whole Bruges “ Egg” and learned so much about the history of Bruges on the way. This is probably one of the very best ways to see the entirety of Bruges and begin to understand a little about its place in the history of Belgium and the Netherlands. Our guide, Mercedes, a true local of Bruges was a fantastic tour leader and very adept at keeping us on track and negotiating the many charming streets of town. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent guide and driver, very informative, punctual. Beautiful city. Loved the waffles. Canal cruise would be good but is weather dependent. It rained most of the day so all I got to see on the canal were the umbrellas in front of me but that’s the breaks.

Chocolate making fun.

It is a small group of 8, usually work in pairs. Excellent chocolate making host and guide. You work standing around a table. Not wheel chair accessible but if you can manage 2 entry steps it is well worth the effort. It is 3 hours of chocolate making including a little down time to sit and listen to some chocolate making facts while your creations cool in the fridge. It was a great deal of fun.

Excellent tour

We enjoyed this walking tour and short canal cruise in Bruges. Our guide Fabienne was born and bred in the area so she seized with all of the interesting information about Bruges and she imparted it well. We strolled leisurely, I didn’t rushed and Fabienne showed us the best of Bruges with excellent information about the history of what we were seeing. The canal cruise was lovely. Really lovely. Bruges is really a beautiful place. I enjoyed being there and can’t wait to go back.

Fluffy Waffles, Great Beer, and a Fantastic Host—the best use of 90 minutes in Brugge!

Do you like beer? Do you like waffles? If you said yes to either of these things, you will love this experience! We only had about 6 hours in Brugge and chose to spend an hour and a half of it at Waffles N’ Beer - and we are so glad we did! Our host, Bram, was incredibly fun and entertaining as he taught us about local beers, types of waffles, local history, and how to make the most delicious waffles I have ever tasted. We sampled three types of beers and then got to decide which beer to add to our waffle batter. Our family of four, including an 11-year-old and a 15-year-old, all got in on the waffle making. The experience was very inclusive and easily doable for people of all ages. And the best part? Eating the waffles! My goodness were they fluffy and delicious. Toppings galore were available including whipped cream, chocolate sauce, powdered sugar, jams and spreads, and more! We were stuffed silly by the end of the experience. We were even given the waffle recipe so we can make delicious Belgian waffles at home. If you are looking for a delicious interactive experience while you are in Brugge, this one is a must-do.

We had a wonderful experience with our food tour guide, Artur, in Bruges! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Not only did Artur introduce us to some delicious local food, but he also took the time to show us around the beautiful city of Bruges and shared interesting stories and history along the way. It was the perfect combination of great food, sightseeing, and learning about the city from someone who clearly loves what he does. Highly recommend this chocolate making and beer tasting experience. We were running late and our hostess (chief chocolate maker) kindly caught us up. Our class was full and it was so fun meeting others. We got to make our own chocolate candies and learn about the process and beer! Our chief baker was unflappable, informative and had the ability to help us all when needed. Highly recommend.

Such a fun time! Elliott...

Such a fun time! Elliott led our class. We had a short intro about different types of waffles and then learned how to make the Brussel Belgium waffles. Each group of 2 or 3 got to make their own batch of batter, cook them and eat them. Many of toppings were provided to please the entire group. Elliott was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time!

Our day is Brugge was fantastic! We enjoyed getting to see all the sites and still having some free time for our own exploration. Our guide was terrific! We finished our day with a hole in one Belgium waffle with chocolate and strawberries! Perfect mix of history, shopping and yummy treats! 100% recommend!

Amazing beer tasting not to be missed!

Great tasting, ambiance and hostess. The beer selection was exquisite, surely the best beers available in Belgium, not to mention the high quality of the cheese and appetisers. Explanation about brewery process, flavors and origin were interesting. We were a family of 4 joining another 4 people group. The hostess made us feel like home, and we shared a friendly moment such as we stayed long after the end to keep discussing. We definitely recommend !!
