This tasting was such a blast! The group size was perfect, and the hostess was so warm and friendly. It was the perfect amount of beer, and I really enjoyed the selection. I'm so glad I signed up for this, and I can't recommend it enough.

I have never really been a beer fan, but decided that I would give this tour a try as Belgium is famous for it. I have to say I’m glad I did! It ended up being just my husband and I with the host and it was brilliant. The beers are explained and selected perfectly and I came away appreciating beer in a way I never thought I would. The charcuterie provided was excellent and the venue was charming. A must do in Bruges in my opinion. Cheers

We had a really friendly group from Germany, the us and us 4 from the uk. We had a great lady who gave lots of interesting information about some of the local brewery’s and the tasting beers were great. Plenty of chopped salami and cheese to help the beer go down.. A nice comfortable venue as well. Well worth the money.

Great way to experience some of the best beers in Europe! The setting was young and upbeat and our tour was very personal . Plenty of beer with narration by a very knowledgeable guide!

The beer tasting was a blast. Great selections, fun conversations, and we walked away knowing a lot more about beer! We weren't even huge beer fans going in, but the host picked such great beers that we would absolutely order them again.

This was an outstanding tour. The tour guide was amazing and the entire experience was informative and fun. The beer tasting at the end was one of the best we've ever experienced. 4 FULL pours of the various beers produced by Halve Maan. It should be noted that there are some pretty steep steps throughout the tour...just be aware.

This seems to be a money making scam, as opposed to an actual tour. After patiently waiting for the guide for 45 minutes, I enquired at the bar of the hostel, who very quickly polished their hands off the matter saying the tour is not associated with their hotel. However, they did try calling the tour operator to inform her that seven people had turned up for the tour (or so they say). But no one ever came. I’m now trying to get my money refunded, but you should take my warning and don’t book this tour

Your refund has been made the moment you booked. You booked three hours before the start of the tour and were our only booking. There was no staff available to show up on such short notice. Contact me if there would be problems with your refund (which I know there won't be because i gave you a refund before you requested it 😉)

Memories of the night? Walking 30mins, getting there early, very excited. 10pm came and nothing else. The bar person made a phone call and advise me it was cancelled. Viator has not refunded my money. Nor did they contact me to advise it was cancelled but did manage to take money. So, happy birthday to me . Not😡!

The beers were delicious, and our guide was friendly, funny and very informative! The environment was lively and overall it was a lot of fun and we're very glad we went. It was a lot of fun trying beers we wouldn't normally try on our own.

We got to taste 6 beers in a very crowded hostel bar. It was noisy so it was difficult to hear the guide. It was more ”drink six small portions of beer with friends” than a proper beer tasting. Also the tasting only cost €21 if we would have booked it onsite, far less than through a booking site.

Lavinia, who hosted, was friendly, good fun and very informative. It was nice to meet other people at different stages of their visit to Bruges to get some recommendations. It is definitely a good thing to do as a solo traveller, couple or group.
