We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! I believe our guide was Frances (it was over a week ago we were there) - she was so knowledgeable of the history and stories of the area. Bruges is a beautiful mid-evil old city. The walking part and canal tour was a nice combination for seeing and learning about Bruges and Belgium. Belgium was our favorite port of our Scandinavian cruise and this tour gave us a great overview! Highly recommend

Worst company ever! They are a scam

We schedule a 7.30am tour. It was accepted. We showed up at 7.00am at the port and were notified that the tour time changed to later in the day at 10am… we got an email in the middle of the night. In addition to the time change, there was a change in meeting location and now we were no longer doing a 6 hour boat and walking tour… we were now only doing a 2 hour walking tour. This company is a scam. viator needs to do better at vetting their companies. We have contacted the company and viator, both refuse to refund our money. $460 waisted. Evidently viator cannot refund money when the tour company which is a scam decides they don’t want to refund funds.

We regret to hear about your disappointment. Please allow us to address the concerns you raised: 1. This tour is specifically designed for cruise passengers arriving at Zeebrugge cruise port. We do not provide pickup from hotels or other locations. 2. The 7:30 am departure time is available only for cruise ships arriving at 7:00 am. Your tour start time was adjusted in accordance with cruise ship’s arrival. 3. This is not a walking tour - walking from Zeebrugge to Bruges would take even a good walker approximately half a day. 4. The tour includes both a boat trip and about two hours of walking in the pedestrian-only city center, which is not accessible by tourist transport. This information is available on the Viator website 24/7. 5. We strongly recommend that you consult with your legal counsel regarding the potential consequences of making insulting statements about our business team in a public field.
