Well organized and executed. Guide was fun and well informed. Love our time in this cute and wholesome town. Enjoyed our free time trying chocolate and waffles. Would love to come back. This excision helped gives us an introduction to the region and layout of the old town.

4.9 stars! We had a wonderful and informative visit to Bruges. The guides spoke english well and were very friendly and attentive. The lead guide was very knowledgeable about the sites we saw, and it's history. He was a joy to have a conversation with. The sites seen were fantastic. One suggestion is to include the canal boat tour, as the selection when booking was not clear - proven by confusing several tour participants. Overall -- it was among the best during our European vacation.

Way too long. We had 3 hours of free time for a six hour tour. Crazy! It should have been no longer than 4 hours!

Thank you for your feedback, though we find it a bit puzzling. The total tour duration is 6 hours, so we're unsure why you expected it to be no longer than 4. Additionally, the free time is 2 hours, not 3 — unless you are counting the 1-hour canal cruise as part of the free time. Luke did an awesome job pointing out all the best places and giving us stories about the history of the town. He seem to know where all the special quiet places were on exceptionally busy day that allowed us to hear him and learn about the town and history awesome. Definitely need a guide in a city this big With winding streets alleys and so many interesting things to see.

Make sure you understand this is a walking tour. You will be tax seed to the location and then we’ll walk for the entire tour and then taxi back. Also, if you want to use the restroom, they will not let you without you paying one euro so make sure and bring some euro coins with you or you will not be allowed to use the restroom publicly unless you’re in a restaurant or something eating. The tour guide was wonderful the place is Awesome and is a must see !!!

Regarding restroom facilities, unlike in the US, it's customary in Europe to pay a nominal fee, usually ranging from 0.5 to 1 euro, for restroom use. Alternatively, you can utilize facilities available in local cafes and restaurants, where it's appreciated to make a purchase as these establishments don't typically offer public restrooms.
