    Walking tour with plenty of free time.

    Very good! Nice walking tour. Plenty of free time on our own. Canal cruise was lovely. We had to remind our guide but she took us right away and we scooted in front of the line. Would recommend. Thank you.

    Not as advertised- No Canal Cruise

    This tour was not as advertised. We booked for the canal cruise and there was no cruise. It was a 2+ hour walking tour followed by free time. We could have booked a walking tour alone for much less. Reached out to company and received no response.

As per your guide, it appears that your complaint originated from the need to traverse the pedestrian section of Bruges, leading to your decision not to partake in the canal cruise.. 2. Your complaint and refund request are unique within the entire group that participated from the Anthem of the Seas on 07/11/2024. 3. It is important to note that all the other tour participants confirmed their enjoyment of the canal cruise in Bruges. 4. This tour is not designed as a walking tour, as walking from Zeebrugge cruise port to Bruges and back would be a lengthy journey, even for experienced walkers - approx. 3 hours one way. 5. We kindly ask you to refer to the Additional Information section of the tour description, where it is highlighted that this tour involves significant walking and may not be accessible for wheelchair or scooter users or individuals with limited mobility such as yourself. 6. Your refund request has been declined based on the verified information provided above.
