    The guide was knowledgeable but didn't talk clearly, his. Microphone kept slipping so it was hard to hear. He walked way too fast, and never turned around to make sure the whole group was with him.

    Thank you for acknowledging that the guide was knowledgeable. While our guides are experienced and dedicated, they are unfortunately not able to read minds. If you were having difficulty hearing, a simple mention to the guide would have resulted in a headset replacement on the spot. Or if the issue was related to keeping up with the group, it’s important to note that the headset system has a limited range. Falling too far behind may lead to signal loss, which seems to have been the case. We kindly ask guests to carefully review the tour description and restrictions prior to booking. This particular tour is not accessible for wheelchairs, scooters, or those with limited walking ability. While we made an exception in your case, we will be more cautious with such exceptions in the future to avoid compromising the experience for both the guest and the group.
