Making multiple bookings for larger groups is not allowed. Bigger groups can contact Ambassadors Tours directly to arrange a private tour. Groups larger than 6 people will be rejected on the spot without the right to receive a refund.

Alistair was a warm and knowledgeable guide who shared the history of Bruges with flair and humor. The excursion was excellent and I would definitely recommend it!

It's a very common thing to do-- there will be lots of groups on a similar route, May belong difficult to hear or move along the sidewalks. There's no sitting for 2 hours. And much depends on your guide.

Our guide was wonderful! Getting his teaching degree in history, so he was very knowledgeable about Belgium and Brugge’s history. He also bartended for a bit so he was funny! He did an excelling of making us all feel included.

We had a great time with Pascal! He is super knowledgeable, passionate and fun!! Grateful for the time we spent with him and learning about all the history and highlights of Bruges! The only thing I’d callout is that the tour is longer than 2 hours so plan accordingly!

Understanding what you see in a city real life enhances the experience. This is not a boring tour. Allistair is a hoot! He makes his history with humour and a lot of quirky facts. This is a 10 out of 10.

Artur was an authentic storyteller, with humor, engagement, facts, and intelligence. The tour was a perfect opening to a stay in Bruges. I would give Artur more than 5 stars if it were possible.

Arthur was wonderful. My wife and I always do a tour when we go to a city new to us. It's the only way to really learn the personality and history of a city. We learned so much about Bruges and Belgium history on this tour. More importantly, the tour was entertaining. Arthur makes a point of connecting with each member of his tour group and responding to their interests. We were shown all the "must sees" in Bruges but were also given the inside scoop on places to go for our personal preferences.
And for us, we learned the secrets to being a good tour guide. Arthur knows these secrets well to make our tour informative, entertaining and fun.

Tour from a local- mostly focuses on tips and tricks for your stay in Bruges. Points out bits of history, while sticking with the stories as advertised. So fun and enjoyable- but if you are looking for a hard core history tour look elsewhere!
This would be fantastic to do on your very first day in Bruges! She had excellent insights into the must sees and the walking tour itself took you to the most beautiful spots!

Pascal is a delightful story teller who clearly loves his city. He had is laughing and enjoying all the history about Brugges.
Great beer experience after and he then went out of his way to treat my friend and I to an additional walk before joining us for supper and regaling is with more interesting facts.
Pascal also changed our booking with no problem when we did not make it on time ( passport queues!!).
A definite addition to your visit.

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Alistair, is a dyed in the wool storyteller (perhaps due to his Scottish roots) with a great sense of humour. Apart from the Belfry bells seemingly getting stuck in the on position for a cartoonishly long time and Alistair having to battle to talk over them, I found the tour to be very insightful, full of interesting history and humourous tidbits. This tour is definitely worth your time. Side note: if you're looking for the guide during a busy day in the square, look for the bright yellow shirt and umbrella.
