Top Brazil Airport & Hotel Transfers

The port was a nightmare. Two cruise ships unloading and loading, plus whatever else goes on at that location. I use a mobility scooter and by the grace of God it broke just before I left the ship. Crew was awesome improvising my transfer to shuttle. When arrived at port had to get a second wheel chair and a young woman with some government agency brought it and said she could assist as she spoke English pretty well and I speak no Portuguese. She made contact with my driver who speaks no English. It took her and him talking on the phone about an hour to get my ride to where a pickup was possible. Were it not for her I don't know what would happen. The driver was so patient and worked so hard to make sure that he was doing the best job of finding us. Without these two "angels" my wife and I might still be at the port in Santos and not at home safe and sound in Virginia. Obviously Viator makes sure that the folk with who they contract of reputable and are willing to go above and beyond. If my experience is any example and if Viator makes sure that all contractors they use are as responsible as ours I recommend you use them. That port is "hell on earth" and one needs one's angel to help them navigate it.

We spent two very full days touring both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the Iguazu park and Falls. Our wonderful tour guide, Everton was caring, patient and very informative. He looked after all the details of our tour. His company coordinator and boss Nelson was easy to contact and made all the arrangements to get from the airport to our hotel, the tours and back to the airport. We would both recommend and if ever there again use this company. Thank you for a great trip.

We used this private transfer from our hotel in Brazil to the airport in Argentina, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The driver arrived early at our hotel, which immediately set a great tone for the trip. The border crossing was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Our driver spoke both English and Portuguese fluently, which made a huge difference. They were able to clearly communicate with us and coordinate directly with the border agents, guiding us through both the Brazilian exit and Argentine entry with ease. The vehicle was a newer Toyota Corolla—clean, comfortable, and well maintained—which made the drive very pleasant. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and we were dropped off right at the Argentine airport without any issues. For anyone worried about crossing borders in this region, this service completely removes the stress. Great communication, punctual service, and outstanding value. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling between Brazil and Argentina (or Paraguay).

Our driver, Vitor, was in contact with us as soon as we landed in Rio and told us not to rush. This was a nice change as it showed he wasn’t on the clock! When we exited Customs he was waiting with our names clearly identified. He had also sent us a picture of himself so we knew who we were looking for. We were spoilt in that we were driven in an armoured vehicle, which I’d never seen before let alone ridden in one. I had to take a picture!! Vitor’s English is excellent and he entertained us with stories and experiences for the hour long ride to our hotel. Thank you Vitor.

Monia was an absolutely phenomenal tour guide in Salvador. From the very beginning, she made the city come alive in a way that was both deeply informative and emotionally moving. Her storytelling was rich, thoughtful, and powerful—you could feel how much love and pride she has for her city and its heritage. What made this tour truly special was how she helped us feel Salvador, not just see it. By the end of the day, we didn’t just understand the history—we fell in love with the city itself. The music, the spirituality, the resilience, the beauty—Monia honored all of it with grace and intelligence. Luís Darin was a terrific guide. After 3 days of private tours we found it difficult to see sites we had not already seen. Luís came up with some good ones for us an managed to make the whole day exciting. Our favorite “off the beat” activity was our trip to the Botanical Gardens (Note: admission to the gardens is not included in tour price) but was well worth the cost. Simply beautiful. Aside from that, Luís was a regular Tarzan. He could identify every plant & tree, every animal making a noise, and even make animal calls to attract the animals for photos. He also took us to various markets and to the St Teresa district for a traditional Brazilian lunch. Great guide. Highly recommend him

Our experience for this tour was excellent! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the architecture and the history of the city, and made sure that we absorbed all of the beauty of this amazing place. He also suggested a very good restaurant for lunch catered to what we wanted to try and to eat and the tips he was proposing made it a very pleasant experience. Finally he dropped us off at one of the best sightseeing spots in the city which was not included originally. Loved the whole tour altogether!

The trip to the airport was smooth an uneventful. The driver was friendly and safe and we were able to communicate using Google Translate since I do not speak Portuguese. There were 4 passengers including myself plus luggage and we all were able to fit in the vehicle. There was a lot of traffic during the journey so I would recommend keeping that in mind when you plan your departure time.
