Our greeter was right outside the terminal holding a sign with our name. She took us to our driver. Our driver was very friendly, helpful with bags and an excellent driver.

Driver was very helpful and informative. We had to wait 1 hr for the service, be we understood as many roads were closed due to the Carnivale, so traffic was very bad. Otherwise very good service.

Uber works in Rio and is a much easier, safer, and cheaper process for the same exact service! This company does not provide a sign with your name upon arrival at an overwhelming airport as promised. Very poor communication and a lack of direction before or after landing, then greeted by a tour guide from a different company. There was also no flexibility in adjusting pick up time after being overcharged. I would NOT recommend using this company's service if you do need transportation services for yourself/ your group. Again, Uber was a much smoother process.

Car was very small. One of our three pieces of luggage had to go in the front passenger seat. Legs were cramped. Driver was very nice, helpful and safe.

Our Driver was very nice although he did not speak any English as promised. He had to use Google Translate to communicate with us. Also he had never been to the Cruise Terminal and he got a little lost. At first he wanted to park and have us walk to the terminal. Finally he figured out to get to the drop off point. In the end all was OK.

Our original flight was postponed by 15 hours. I contacted the company and told them the new arrival time which was 11:30 PM the next day. Upon arrival I was promptly met by the representative and had a nice drive to our hotel. Everything went extremely well and it was easy to adjust our pick-up time. Well done to all involved.

The trip to the airport was smooth an uneventful. The driver was friendly and safe and we were able to communicate using Google Translate since I do not speak Portuguese. There were 4 passengers including myself plus luggage and we all were able to fit in the vehicle. There was a lot of traffic during the journey so I would recommend keeping that in mind when you plan your departure time.

My flight was delayed by two hours but the driver was still waitin for me when I got out. He was very friendly helpful with luggage etc and pointed out sites as we drove into Rio. Very professional and pleasant experience.

Driver was not there when we landed. He arrived, according to his text, over an hour late. This is after texting me a day earlier to say he was on his way to the airport. I told him it was the wrong day.
I am waiting for a refund as we had to use a taxi. I do not recommend this company or the driver.

We were contacted by the Viatar English speaking employee when our flight arrived. And she escorted us to our awaiting car. Unfortunately, our driver did not speak English, he knew our hotel name and that was it.

It took us a while to locate the services. I didn’t see my name listed on the long list. However, the vendor was excellent with communicating through the Viator app. They let me know what was going on and immediately located the driver. Our driver was wonderful. He was informative and told us a lot about the landmarks we passed and a little of Brazilian history. The car was clean and the ride to the hotel was smooth. Thank you for your service.
