Driver's company was in constant communication via email and WhatsApp. He was waiting for me exactly where he said and with a sign with my name. Water and music was provided on the way and my luggage was taken to the front desk.

Removing one star because our initial driver canceled. They said it was due to a problem. They sorted it out but we have to wait for the new driver to arrive. Good thing I have phone service and saw their whatsapp message when we were about to leave the luggage area. However for the price you would expect that someone is already waiting for you as you get off the airport.

Yes, we had a problem with your original driver on the way to the airport. There was an accident and we needed to wait for the cops report. Im sorry you needed to wait but we informed in advance and sent another driver. Wish you a lovely weekend and hope to have an opportunity to serve you again.

We sent a message about the number of bags. You reserved a CAR for 4 people, 4 checked bags and 4 carry ons. For these number of guests and bags it s not reasonable to book a car. We informed, cancelled and full refund your booking. Im sorry you had a bad experience but Im sure you needed to use two cars for your group.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was truly seamless, especially after a long flight into Brazil. I really appreciated the consistent communication leading up to arrival, and the thoughtful touch of sending a selfie of the driver so I knew exactly who to look for at the airport. Marcelo was professional, friendly, and an excellent driver. He got us to the hotel quickly and safely. Highly recommend this service for a stress-free arrival.

We had issues with our flight and the driver was not flexible with the time to pick up and so we ended up losing our service and couldn’t rebook for a later time (same day) when we actually arrived. Paid money for nothing and was hard to communicate to the service provider during a very difficult time at the airport. Everything else went wrong that day I was hoping at least one arrangement would have been able to be pushed back so we would have a ride in a foreign country. Very disappointed.

Im very sorry you had a bad day. When you informed us that you had a problem at the airport, I asked you to rebook with no extra charge. Unfourtunately, when you tried to book, we had no more availability for the time that your new flight was supposed to arrive. We fully refunded you for the cancelled ride, even knowing that the problem you had at the airport was NOT our fault. As you mentioned, everything went bad for you that day and Im very sorry for this, but it was nothing related to us.

Booking was very easy, both the airport and other pickup. Both Carla and Larissa were quick to reply and were great at making sure I was up to date on my bookings. The drivers were respectful, professional and on time. I had issues with my luggage not arriving in Brazil and I took longer than expected, the driver was made aware and waited longer than needed which as a single traveler I REALLY appreciated. Will be using this company again in my future visits.

Overall a nice ride from the airport. My driver was not in a suit and there was no water offered which would have been nice in the heat. With the extra traffic for carnival my driver was late picking me up so that was a bit concerning.

We received a WhatsApp message from the driver and we were able to tell them we had arrived. The driver was waiting for us with our name on a sign. The driver was very courteous and pointed out things along the way to the hotel.

I sent the following message to the service provider via the Viator "message provider" link the afternoon before our scheduled airport transfer on Jan. 6:
Our flight into Rio has been delayed for some of our group and won't land until 10AM January 6. We need to reschedule our transfer. Please let me know if this is possible.
Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive in Rio at 8:20.
They likely used WhatsApp to correspond with their clients which I do not use. We were NOT provided with enough details about pickup time and location. We eventually hired a taxi to take us to our hotel.

We only received the message AFTER the original flight´s arrival. The original flight arrived on time, our driver waited for 2 hours and you did not show up. We sent our phone number and whatsapp for last minute changes, but you did not reach us. Im sorry, but It was not our fault.

Never showed up. Tried to message no response. Incredibly disappointed. Had tired children with me after a long flight waiting at arrivals for 15 minutes looking around. Ended up having to get a Taxi. I am looking for ways to get a refund. AVOID THIS PROVIDER.

Hello, Im sorry for this but your reservation was cancelled. This transfer is for cars, not for vans. You arrived with more than 8 bags and 4 passengers. We are happy to full refund you as we cancelled your ride. It s not reasonable to reserve and pay for a car, when you really need a van or a bus.

We were staying at a hotel in Barra da Tijuica which is quite a distance from the airport. It was our first time in Rio and decided to book this hassle free transport instead of looking for the Uber location outside the terminal. Well worth the extra money as it wasn't that much more!
