Although he did not speak English, he successfully communicated using a translation app. He possesses a very impressive personality and demonstrates professionalism. We had a smooth pick up from the airport and driver was so cooperative with our bags. Van is so big, enoigh for our luggage. Excellent service.

This was a relatively smooth experience. The driver was waiting for us at the exit with a sign with our name. Got us from the airport to the hotel safely. The only drawback is that we had to walk for a significant bit to get to the vehicle. Depending on who you are traveling with this might have posed a problem and this is not something that was communicated. We were all able bodied and capable but if somebody in our party had been a little bit elderly this could have been an issue. All in all the service was completed as a requested.

LATAM operates on both Terminals and we can´t control that.
From the airport lobby to go outside to meet your driver is a bit closer on T3 but no more than 3 minutes on T2.
Even for an elderly, walking on the Terminal has never been an issue before.

My driver was Felipe and he was amazing! Messaged me on WhatsApp while the flight was deboarding, and ensured me he was waiting outside and would be able to pick me up when I cleared customs. He sent me a clear picture of the exact spot to meet, and it was immediately outside the airport when I walked out. He drove us all the way to my accommodations, and helped me with my bags, and ensured I got inside safely, and even messaged after to ensure I was settled. 10/10 could not recommend enough

Our ride from GRU airport to our hotel in Sao Paulo went very smoothly. Our driver, William, was very friendly and professional. Although he didn't speak English, he communicated with me on WhatsApp (in perfect English) and gave me detailed instructions on where to meet him, including photos and a video.

We had a change just before we took off from Atlanta to Sao Paulo. There was not time to reach out to Viator to change the destination. When we got to the airport and found the person with our name on the paper, we tried to tell her that we were not going to the Mariott as originally planned; instead we needed to go the Hilton Garden Inn Santo Andre. We asked her to make sure the driver was aware. We even showed the driver our phone with this hotel showing. We assumed he understood but he spoke NO English. Next thing we know after quite a long drive, he pulled up to the Marriott hotel! It took quite awhile for him to get authorization to take us to the CORRECT hotel which was quite a distance from the Mariott. He seemed annoyed with us and we were very uncomfortable.

Our driver was at the airport waiting for us. The driver was friendly, had a welcoming and professional personality . He assisted us with our lugguage. He had great driving skills which helped us relax and enjoy the ride.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had to give 1 star to leave a comment. Ordered and PAID for a 10-12 passenger Sprinter 17 Nov 2025. Received multiple confirmations along with diagrams to meet at Terminal 2. After arriving and making the 30 minute trek to terminal 2, we called your company and were told to come back to terminal 3. Because we were traveling with someone in a wheelchair, we requested you pick us up at terminal 2 as your confirmation emails told us to meet. After 20 mins we were told we were being picked up at terminal 2. A 9-passenger van arrived. We told the driver we had ordered a 10-12 passenger Sprinter, and he let us know this 9 passenger van what we got. We told the driver that our luggage would not fit, but he crammed it in the back anyway. The back van doors would not close with the luggage so the driver disengaged the back seats, causing the seat backs to remain in a leaning forward position, unable to lock in an upright position, so we were not able to sit upright the entire 1 hour 30min ride. After ordering an paying what we needed 17 Nov 2025, your company had ample time to deliver. I did not get what I paid for!

Regarding the pickup location, the information is provided by Viator. However, the voucher mentioned that we will be waiting for you at the Terminal you arrived.
You had someone from the airport helping you, a quick call could resolve that.
As for the vehicle size, looks like you had more luggage that its capacity.
Many passengers going the Port of Santos had the same issue.
We apologise for not delivering the best service to you, we did what was possible trying to solve the luggage problem.
Nice ride. On time. Safety. Water available. Explanations during the ride. Comfortable. Everything was great. I would certainly recommend it.

Nice driver! On time, drive safely and nice clean car. Nice not to use uber in a foreign country. I found Uber to be very unreliable in this city.

You booked a Minivan, you get a Minivan.
If you knew it you were going to need a VAN for your service, you should have booked a VAN.
You brought 2 big scooters plus all the luggage.
Next time, book a larger vehicle to accommodate everything.

Our flight arrived 2 hours late and I contacted the team just before take off. We arrived to find our viator representative by the door with a placard displaying my name! She contacted the driver and escorted us to the pickup location, showed us the license plate of the car and waited with us until the car and driver arrived. The driver was friendly and accommodating. We were able to communicate though the team member directing us and the driver spoke limited American English. The driver drove diligently and aggressive yet appropriately for the road and traffic conditions. All in all a positive experience for my first Viator experience.

Our tour guide, Carlos, was awesome, fantastic and any other positive adjective you can think of. What really distinguishes him is the information he proves before you start. He gave us a 20 minute overview, complete with pictures, so we would understand the history and sites we would see. Awesome! Would highly recommend Carlos!

Short wait for the car to arrive, emphasize amount of luggage you are traveling with. We informed Viator we would have 4 pieces of luggage and still they sent a compact sedan. According to the driver there was a possibility he could cited for a safety violation requiring us all to exit the vehicle enroute. Sounded odd and a bit concerning, however we made it to our destination without issue.

I was met by the Transfer company's concierge with my name on a sign in the arrival hall, then escorted to my taxi. Only negative was taxi driver didn't speak English.

The whole thing was coordinated beautifully. It was a team of 3. The driver was stuck in a bit of traffic (typical for São Paulo), so we waited a while, but the other 2 (a guy and a girl) were waiting for us with a sign exactly where we expected, escorted us to where we needed to go to meet the driver and kept us informed every step of the way while we waited.

The car was comfy and clean, but the driver - a very nice guy - spoke no English, and driving nearly 2 hours to the hotel (the traffic in São Paulo is horrible!) in total silence was kind of boring. Considering that Viator advertises this as a transfer with an English speaking driver, which it wasn’t, and that it did cost twice of what the most expensive Uber service would charge, I can’t really recommend it, even though the service was good.
