Our driver, Vitor, was in contact with us as soon as we landed in Rio and told us not to rush. This was a nice change as it showed he wasn’t on the clock!
When we exited Customs he was waiting with our names clearly identified. He had also sent us a picture of himself so we knew who we were looking for.
We were spoilt in that we were driven in an armoured vehicle, which I’d never seen before let alone ridden in one. I had to take a picture!!
Vitor’s English is excellent and he entertained us with stories and experiences for the hour long ride to our hotel.

Vitor was extremely professional and well-informed. Even though I made a last-minute change to the pick-up location, he was very accommodating and quickly adjusted without any hassle. They were punctual and overall the experience was great and easy. They presented great phone communication and made the process simple.
One suggestion, nothing major but perhaps make a little conversation in the car. I also didn’t contribute a lot so partly my fault and not the drivers 😊 would 100% take again and highly recommend.

I felt like I was in a modern version of the Cinderella story. I was waiting outside the hotel when the
armored, silver, clean and shiny vehicle stopped and the driver (Vitor R.)came out and opened the door to a dark interior with leather seats and tinted windows for me to get in and then he smoothly drove us to the ROXY Dinner show.
It is our first time in RJ and I wanted everything perfect thus I used trip adviser to buy seats for the Roxy Dinner show and the private bilingual round trip transfer to the theater.
It was a great surprise that the vehicle and diver were 100% the same as the photo I saw online. My husband and I felt as if we know Vitor already and we felt secure, safe and very comfortable because of the vehicle but also because Vitor speaks perfect English.
We got great communication before he picked us up. He arrived on time explained where we were going and the time it will take, along the way he described places and gave us tips. He dropped us at the door of the theatre and once the show was over he was waiting for us with his big smile at the front entrance.
I was expecting I round trip transfer and I got a very pleasant ride to remember. I felt like a knew Vitor for a very long time.
I highly recommend him and the company

Great communication from the time our plane laneded! John sent a pic so we would know exactly who to look for! He escorted us to the car, had cold water ready along with some Brazilian chocolate. He even answered questions along the trip and told us some places to go.

Thiago was waiting for us in the airport when we arrived. He told us about the places as we drove to our hotel. He checked in with us the day before our return trip to the airport to make sure everything was scheduled correctly. Great guy and would use him again.

Our driver was excellent. He was waiting for us as planned and greeted us congenially. We were comfortably seated in the car and driven directly to our hotel. He pointed out some interesting cites on the way. We communicated well and felt welcomed to Rio de Janiero.
This was a very pleasant way to enter a city we had never been in.

Hotel pick up. Group went to the Redeemer, on the way guide, " Mini Ghia" provided excellent commentary (great English). Group allowed to explore on our own. Returned to hotel. Exactly what we wanted.

The transfer was very present. We were treated with high respect. We requested a last minute change of our schedule, the owner was very accommodating, that we can go to the airport ahead of time and in a very relaxed manner.
