Our driver was waiting for us just outside security at the airport - he made it easy to find him. He answered all our questions as first time visitors to Brazil as we drove to our hotel. He spoke English well and delivered us quickly and safely.

Worst service Ever

We made reservations for 3 to be picked up at the Port in Rio, called & corrected your reservation for 2, 2 weeks prior to arriving in Port and changed time to 9:00 am. Received confirmation, then day we arrived the driver sent us message saying he didn’t know if he could fit all of us & Luggage in his car, it was suppose to be a mini van picking us up, not a car. And he also said he couldn’t get there till after 11:00! My husband is 87 years old my friend & I are both in our 70’s…we had been there since 7:30am, sitting on Cement blocks waiting. I called and cancelled we took 2 taxi’s to Hotel. The driver arrived after 11:00 and continued harassing us and asking where we were. I will never do business with you again, and you refused to refund my $. So what do you think I will tell others about your service! I’m posting this message on Trip Advisor as well.

There are so many lies on this text that I don't even know where to start. You probably don't know, but everything is registered on Viator system, your first book for 02 passengers, than the change for 04 a dew days before... you being warned that that luggage you had wouldn't fit the car. An finally on the morning of Dec 12, when you tried to change your pickup time just 3 hours before the time you chose, 11am. As you said on the message you sent you were only told that you were disembarking very early the night before, ok, but instead of sending a message right away you decided to wait for the morning when there was not enough time. It's also registered on the system that you were told around 10:40am that your guide was there, not after 11 and not harassing you. Yes, we refused a refund since you knew the guide was arriving at the time YOU chose , and he did, even earlier, and you decided to go away. Well, I can prove everything I wrote here, can you ?
