Awesome guided tour of Book of Kells, Trinity College and Dublin Castle area
Excellent tour of Book of Kells, Trinity College and its famous library, city walking tour and Dublin Castle. Guide, Maura, was terrific—so knowledgeable and engaging and fun! It’s a lot of walking so people with mobility problems might have some difficulty. Overall a very fun tour!

Excellent tour. Well worth doing
The Freedom Trail runs across 16 sites and numerous organisations providing a tour so it's worthwhile looking at reviews. We booked through Viator and looked quite carefully at what we wanted from a tour. For example, we wanted a small group so that there would be opportunities to ask questions of the guide. OUr tour started at Boston Common and ended at the North End so covered quite a distance. Our guide (Cyrus) was amazing. His knowledge of the subject was great and he backed that up with photos and pictures that depicted aspects of the people and events of the rebellion

Fun and Beautiful
Richard was a fantastic tour guide--funny, interesting, and knowledgeable. Learned so many things from him, like my last name is repetitive (He told us the etylomogy of Dublin is Dubh (black/dark) + linn (body of water). So my last name basically means lake lake.

This tour is a definitely a must do!
This tour was absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Jenma was superb—knowledgeable, personable, and with a wonderful sense of humor. What stood out most was her genuine nature. She made the experience feel personal, not just informational. She didn’t simply share history—she brought it to life, weaving in stories that we will never forget. It’s the kind of experience you simply can’t get from reading a book. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dublin. It was truly exceptional!

Boston’s revolutionary past, elegant architecture, scenic harbor, and great food make a potent mix. Topping the history agenda are tours of the Freedom Trail, a 16-point route around the city’s American Revolution sites, followed by hop-on hop-off trolleys, boat-and-bus combos, and harbor cruises that deliver varying perspectives on the city, old and new. Next come special-interest Boston tours: Explore the Tea Party Ships museum, Cambridge’s Harvard campus, and baseball’s Fenway Park; savor the city's beloved seafood and Italian-inspired dishes; and join ghost-themed trolley rides. Then, if time allows, cast your net wider by heading to nearby Salem or Martha’s Vineyard.
