Great information and knowledgable guide, Ann is fantastic!! She added little tidbits that kept an already great tour, fun and exciting!
Olga_N, Jul 2026
I highly recommend this walking tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about the history of Ireland, its famous people, all with good humor and funny facts. It was very enjoyable for my son and me!
Farrah_R, Jul 2026
Michael Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, you will learn a lot and see many spots. Double check on locations that may be closed to the public though.
Kimberly_R, Jul 2026
Trinity College library and the Book of Kells are a must see. Anne was an excellent tour guide and was every bit as interesting as the sites themselves!
Tonya_G, Jul 2026
This tour was very informative and set at a leisure pace. Marty was very knowledgeable. He gave us city information as well as historical facts.
Cori_F, Jul 2026
Great tour! We really enjoyed the small group (only four of us) and being able to hear our guide, Michael, at all times. He was very friendly and informative!

Noel was the best tour guide ever! Very knowledgeable, funny and so easy-going! The tour covered a lot of area but he made every step interesting along the way with rich Irish history and stories! He gave us restaurant suggestions and other tourist activities. GREAT Tour!
Deborah_B, Jul 2026
Mich was AMAZING!! He was so personable and kind. He was willing to explain everything in depth and answer any and all questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and respectful to his country. Sights were breathtaking and full of history - we learned SO MUCH!!! 15/10 what a great way to take in the city.

The Book of Kells and St Patrick's Cathedral were nice to see, but the tour guide spoke so softly I couldn't hear what he said even when I was standing right beside him. He should have people wear headsets. What I did hear was that he consistently called me by the wrong name although I corrected him. Dublin Castle was closed due to dignitaries having a meeting, so we didn't even get to see much of it from the outside. I was disappointed and I felt the tour was way overpriced for as little as I got out of it.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it is when it's difficult to hear the guide . We do offer audio headsets to help guests hear the guide clearly throughout the tour, the guide carries audio sets with them for such cases, we ask to make it clear you require them. Dublin Castle, unfortunately, occasional government events and official functions can result in unexpected rare closures that are outside of our control. While we always do our best to adjust the itinerary when this happens, we understand your disappointment at not being able to experience this part of the tour as planned.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and the overall guest experience. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the high-quality tour we strive to deliver.

This tour is very rich in information and experience. The guide, Martin, was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience incredible. Trinity College, the Book of Kells, and St Patrick’s Cathedral are must sees in Dublin. It was a mind altering 5 hours! Cannot express how good this was easily!

The walking tour took in a lot of sites not included in itinerary. Tour guide Seamus, was brilliant, funny, and very educational. We had a small group, so Seamus was able to be heard easily and answered all queries. Wonderful tour.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
☘️⭐️☘️ Thanks so much for your wonderful 5*review!
We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the tour and that Seamus made such a great impression. He has a real talent for bringing Dublin's history to life with humour, storytelling, and plenty of fascinating insights, he loves the detail. We're also glad you appreciated the extra secret sites along the route and that our small groups allows the personal touch to ask questions and enjoy a more intimate experience.
Thank you for choosing to tour with us we hope to welcome you back to Dublin again soon!☘️⭐️☘️
Kristin_L, Jun 2026
We had a great experience with Seamus. He took us through Trinity College, St. Patrick’s, and the Palace. Even though we couldn’t go in (EU was being hosted there), he gave us great history and took us on some other little side ventures. We also lucked out on great weather!
Response from Host, Jul 2026
We're so pleased you enjoyed exploring Dublin with Seamus. While it was unfortunate that Dublin Castle was closed due to the EU event, it's great to hear he was able to turn it into an opportunity to discover some fascinating alternative sights and stories around the city. That's one of the benefits of having a passionate local guide! And of course, a day of sunshine in Dublin is always an added bonus. ☀️ We really appreciate your kind words and hope to see you again on another tour in the future! ⭐️☘️
Tracy_T, Jun 2026
Great way to get into all the popular locations with tickets already booked. Only problem was it moved to fast and you really didn’t have time to just enjoy each part. We also couldn’t hear our guide when he was speaking unless we were right by him which was difficult to do in a group. Ear phones would have been helpful.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you for your review. We're delighted you enjoyed having all the major attractions arranged in advance—it really does help guests make the most of their day. We also appreciate your honest feedback. Our tours do cover a lot, so while we try to balance time at each location with seeing as much as possible, we understand that some guests would prefer a little longer to explore at their own pace. We appreciate your suggestion about using audio headsets we do offer them ofcourse-all you got to do is ask, the guide carries audio whisper ear sets to improve the experience.
Thank you again for travelling with us, and we hope to welcome you back on another tour in the future.
S_W, Jun 2026
Very knowledgable guide who expertly accommodated everyone’s pace. He answered all of our questions with interesting details. Visiting the same places without his narration would not have been as rich of an experience.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
That last line says it all — thank you so much!
That's exactly what a great guide does. The sights are wonderful but it's the stories, the context and the little details that turn a walk around a city into something you actually remember. So glad the pace worked for everyone and that all your questions got the answers they deserved. Hope to see you back in Dublin again someday! 🙏
Margaret_R, Jun 2026
Exceptional tour Gide- very, very, very knowledgeable. A treat to listen to and answered questions exceptionally well.
Kelly_H, Jun 2026
Noel Quinn was an excellent guide! So knowledgeable and took the time to take group photos along the way. Such an awesome extra to our tour! He, also, gave a recommendation for lunch. Thanks Noel!
Kathy_S, Jun 2026

Wonderful tour! Noel did a fabulous job, and the tour was the perfect way to start our time in Dublin.
Clarissa_R, Jun 2026
Sean was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about history. Brought Dublin to life! Also knew a lot of American Revolutionary history, so was able to tie Irish, English, and American history together. Great for our older kids! Entertaining and educational. We loved it!
Aime_L, Jun 2026
Mick was fantastic! He has a wealth of knowledge on the history of what we were seeing. His enthusiasm and love for Ireland made us understand better what we were seeing and appreciate it in context. The itinerary was very well paced and both the Book of Kells, the library, and the cathedral were stunning.
jenifer_k, Jun 2026
A solid amount of walking but Noel kept us entertained the entire time. We were impressed by his knowledge of history as well as his tips on present day tips on ways to enjoy the city
Deborah_B, Jun 2026

We had a wonderful tour, guided by Mick! He was super fun, friendly and knowledgeable! He answered all our questions. It was a great beginning to our trip!
Joanne_B, May 2026
Wonderful experience. Be prepared to be on your feet most the time so comfy shoes are important to enjoy the tour.
Mick was very Whitty, knowledgeable, and communicated with everyone. Small group made it so nice also. (10) to know everyone’s name by the end of the tour.
Thanks Mick for making it so special.
Dane_C, May 2026
Started off the tour at Trinity College and the Book of Kells - very informative. We then had a walk through the city of Dublin and Noel pointed out historic landmarks. We ended at the beautiful St Patrick’s Cathedral and Noel suggested a lunch at the Brzenhead Pub - the oldest pub in Dublin.
deb_c, May 2026
We had Martin Fennel as our guide. He was amazing. His passion for the history and ended up a private tour. Dublin castle closed for up coming big event, but didn’t miss it. We loved the Book of Kells, library of Trinity College and the beauty of St. Patrick’s all the history he shared. Our walk through Trinity College and city was wonderful. We went to dinner at his recommendation. We were with him longer than our information stated. It ended so we could make our other tour.(or he would have kept sharing more history) It felt like the day was with a friend sharing his history. Highly recommend our guide who retired and then got another degree in history. Compassionate about his country!
Selma_K, May 2026
Noel was an outstanding local guide — extremely knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely friendly. He kept our group of 5 adults entertained with great stories while perfectly adjusting the walking pace for two people with mobility challenges. When the walking became too much, he thoughtfully suggested the best spot to grab a taxi to rejoin the group.
This tour is a fantastic, time-saving way to see Dublin’s highlights. Note that Dublin Castle itself is currently closed until the end of the year, so we could only enjoy the beautiful gardens and exterior. We still visited Trinity College, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the Book of Kells exhibition (admission included).
Tip: Wear very comfortable walking shoes and bring water — you’ll be on your feet for 3–4 hours. Highly recommended!
Cassidy_K, May 2026
