From 2 November 2025 the same applies on Saturdays and Sundays but Monday to Friday we will operate a 30 minute service from 09:00 to 17:00

I was told that this bus company was better than the other ones so I decided to give it a try. Actually thought it was great. If it’s your first time in town or you just need to kick back and relax, this is a great thing to do. I thought it was well worth it and a nice experience. I recommend it.

We like doing city breaks and would often go on a bus tour. I think Go Dublin is the best ones we have ever used the local drivers gave us their local knowledge as well as the recordings on the bus. They were a good crac! Especially dermot Tyrone and Carl

A little disappointed when purchasing the ticket for 24 hours at 2pm to find it was removed from our apple wallet the next morning. We were planning on using it to do the docklands tour however was not able to do this.

Driver was great. Lots of factual and fun information shared about sites along the route. Only problem was the buses do not run every 10 to 15 minutes. Head to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get on the bus the first time. Then maybe about 15 minutes to get on at the second time.

Make sure to pick up earbuds because so many rude people talking during the tour you cannot hear what the driver is saying.

Viator did not follow up on my request. Four of us was delayed from flight flights from San Francisco and we had a two day pass which started on Saturday and ended on Sunday. Our request was to call the Dublin hop on hop off bus and get that changed to Sunday Monday, which they said they would do and nothing came of my request. . I sent several emails and they were told that they were contacting the company we would get back to me and as of this morning nobody’s gotten back to me.

We cannot change dates and times on the tickets but we honour them in these circumstances. Your issue is with Viator and not with DoDublin and the DoDublin service. I am sorry that you had this experience, we would have looked after you and advised you. We would never turn a customer away with a valid ticket. Once again apologies that you had this experience.

We rode the Hop On/Off bus the first day we arrived in Dublin to try to get the lay of the city and to stay awake! There’s so many places to visit, the bus is the perfect way to see where you want to go back to visit later.

We were on the Majestic Princess cruise ship and thoroughly enjoyed this tour. When we got off our tender, the representative was right there from the tour company. He gave us the tickets we would need to ride the DART train into town and told us what stop we would be getting off at. When we exited the train, the bus was right there. We rode the train until we got to the river and had lunch at a pub from 1696 (so cool!). We didn’t get off at any of the stops but if you do, it’s super easy to get back on. Great excursion and you really see a lot of Dublin.

The bus tour is a good way to see a lot of the city. My complaint is that I found it difficult to find the bus stops. Also, none of the stops were particularly close to the places I wanted to go.

Dublin streets are very crowded so the buses take awhile but this company puts enough buses to keep it moving .. only had to wait a long time the first morning , the driver apologized for the delay , didn’t give a reason but after that and the next day we’re fine

Our bus was not able to go the day we had bn planned because there was a protest going on in Dublin. They refused to to refund us!! That was horrible customer service.!I would never book through them again

This is always our go to whenever in a new city. First being international we are always tired so this is a way to keep us up as well as to just hear about the city and see everything to know where we want to stop on future days. I loved that they didn't have the ear plugs, the driver actually gave narrative and he was so funny. Loved the information he shared. There are a few companies to select from, I just randomly selected this company and they didn't disappoint.

terrible! we ordered this online and selected April 10th as our date. when the confirmation came it was for the 5th. (we were not even in the country on that date). we contacted the company and they stated they couldn't help us, but to contact the local operator when we arrive. we will do so, but it does not sound promising! so frustrating, we will leave another review after we arrive and try to use the date we have already paid for. Hoping they honor this!
