Guide was entertaining

I purchased my ticket with friends as a way to pop around the city. The actual bus ride was ok. Our driver was very friendly and entertaining. I had a hard time seeing things because I ended up in an aisle seat and I am on the short side, so the first part of the ride I was a bit boring. I was able to move to a window seat once some other passengers departed and that made the ride more pleasant. In general, the experience was ok. It is a good way to explore the city for a fair price. We only took the bus from point A to point B, so we didn’t take full advantage of the service. Perhaps next time I’d try the tram or public transit, but, all-in-all it was a decent experience.

You can add the airport pick up and return drop off and even if the drop off isn't within your 24 or 48 hours, it is still usable! Just make sure you take a screen shot of your ticket to show the driver when you want the airport return. We got to see most of Dublin and really enjoyed the commentary! Johnny Mack was hilarious!

The better bus company

I was told that this bus company was better than the other ones so I decided to give it a try. Actually thought it was great. If it’s your first time in town or you just need to kick back and relax, this is a great thing to do. I thought it was well worth it and a nice experience. I recommend it.

A little disappointed...

A little disappointed when purchasing the ticket for 24 hours at 2pm to find it was removed from our apple wallet the next morning. We were planning on using it to do the docklands tour however was not able to do this.

Great driver, but too long between buses

Driver was great. Lots of factual and fun information shared about sites along the route. Only problem was the buses do not run every 10 to 15 minutes. Head to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get on the bus the first time. Then maybe about 15 minutes to get on at the second time.

Poor Service

Viator did not follow up on my request. Four of us was delayed from flight flights from San Francisco and we had a two day pass which started on Saturday and ended on Sunday. Our request was to call the Dublin hop on hop off bus and get that changed to Sunday Monday, which they said they would do and nothing came of my request. . I sent several emails and they were told that they were contacting the company we would get back to me and as of this morning nobody’s gotten back to me.

We cannot change dates and times on the tickets but we honour them in these circumstances. Your issue is with Viator and not with DoDublin and the DoDublin service. I am sorry that you had this experience, we would have looked after you and advised you. We would never turn a customer away with a valid ticket. Once again apologies that you had this experience.

We rode the Hop On/Off...

We rode the Hop On/Off bus the first day we arrived in Dublin to try to get the lay of the city and to stay awake! There’s so many places to visit, the bus is the perfect way to see where you want to go back to visit later.
