Very worthwhile. Great Tour. Don't Miss it.
EXCELLENT TOUR! Very informative, detailed, and interesting. Our guide was super interesting and knowledgeable and taught us many new and not well known details. She provided many insights and context to our tour. This was a very thorough tour and covered so much about Auschwitz and the Salt Mine.

Luca and Claudia’s...
Luca and Claudia’s Bologna Local Pasta Cooking Class was easily one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, they made everyone feel welcome with their warmth, humor, and genuine passion for what they do. Their knowledge of local cuisine and traditions added so much depth to the experience—it felt like more than just a class, but a true taste of Bologna’s culture. The atmosphere they created was relaxed, engaging, and so much fun. We loved meeting people from all over the world, sharing stories while learning how to make authentic pasta from scratch. Every step was explained clearly, with plenty of hands-on guidance, and lots of laughs along the way. And the food—absolutely incredible. From the rich, flavorful ragù to the perfectly crafted pasta, refreshing spritz, lovely wine, and indulgent gelato, everything we made (and enjoyed!) was delicious. The setting itself was just as special—intimate, charming, and the perfect backdrop for such a memorable experience. We left full, happy, and inspired—and would recommend this class to anyone visiting Bologna. Truly unforgettable!

Salt Mines
An amazing experience - so interesting. Our guide was brilliant. She gave us so much information and was so pleasant and helpful. Be prepared for the stairs. Wear comfortable shoes. Wouldn't think it's a suitable experience for someone with mobility issues.

Amazing! A must do tour
This tour was AMAZING! Well worth your time and money. Dont miss out. The ladies who ran these tour did not miss a beat From the pick up to the drop off. We had a wonderful tour of the parmigiano factory. I went with my sister in law. We took a ton of pictures. So informative so much fun. This was a bucket list moment for me. Then off to where they produce a beautiful balsamic vinegar. We learned all about the process where then we were provided a beautiful breakfast with tastings of parmigiano, ricotta and vinegars at different stages with lots of additional breakfast items. We were being educated the entire time from a lively group of people who were happy to answer any questions along the way. At this point we had the opportunity to buy the vinegars that we tasted. There was no pressure to buy but no one wanted to miss out on that opportunity. From there we went to the prosciutto factory. Very educational to learn the process. We then had an amazing lunch that seemed to never end. Many different wines were served, wonder antipasto, 3 different pastas, risotto and dessert. All while being entertained with singing and dancing. Sooooooo much fun. I’ve been on MANY tours in many different countries and this tour was by far the BEST. We did not want it to end. Well worth the money. Thank you Roberta, Elena and the rest of the amazing staff for taking such good care of us. I would give this 10 stars if I could .
