What an amazing tour experience. This was by far the best day we spent in Bologna. We were well taken care of by the driver and tour guide who created a very warm and joyful environment for everyone. The 3 visits were equally interesting and memorable. The two generous and delicious meals they served us were A+. I would highly recommend this tour. It was probably one of the best tours I've ever done.....and I've done a lot.

Fun day!

A fun day eating and drinking! Loved the Parmesan cheese factory, and all the tastings we had. Enjoyed the balsamic vinegar tastings as well.Not big fans of Lambrusco wine but it was a nice winery and we did buy one bottle. A nice lunch at a local restaurant in the area. A little disappointed in the main courses. They were delicious but very similar. Wish they had chosen something a little bit different.

Wonderful food, guide and group!

This was a great introduction to Bologna and fun way to spend a Saturday evening. Domenico was a fantastic tour guide, taking time to interact with everyone in the group and made sure everyone was enjoying their tour. The cheese, the meat, the food, the wine, the gelato...combined with a bit of history was perfect. Best tour out if the 10 or so we took in Europe.

This class was the high point of our trip. Kate and Valentina were informative and fun. There was a good mix of cooking and getting to know each other. My pasta was a mess. I got “special” attention from Valentina, who was happy to help. My boyfriend’s pasta was perfect. Even though my pasta looked horrible, it tasted so good! The food, attention and camaraderie were amazing! I would highly recommend this cooking class.

What made this experience truly brilliant was how cleverly it was structured. Instead of random food stops, Davide designed the tour like a traditional multi-course Italian meal spread across different spots in Bologna. We progressed seamlessly from aperitivo and appetizers to handmade pasta courses, savory mains, and the best gelato in town. The portions were unbelievably generous—come hungry, because you will definitely leave completely full and satisfied! Beyond the incredible food (the fresh tagliatelle al ragù and local cured meats were out of this world!), Davide is an extraordinary guide. His passion for Bologna is infectious. As we walked between stops, he brought the city to life with fascinating history, hidden local gems, and rich cultural stories. You can tell how well-connected and respected he is by the warm welcomes we received at every single shop and trattoria. This was easily the best thing we did in Bologna. Concise Bologna

We had a great tour of Bologna with Mathilda Interesting and concise, she passed a lot of knowledge of different aspects of the city center, in good English (important! so our girls could also understand easily). We had only a short time before our flight, and got exactly what we needed. Very difficult to get close and find parking - we were lucky but still hope not to get a fine for driving in the center.

Great tour with tasty stops

This was a really fun tour! I especially enjoyed watching Michele make the fresh pasta at our first stop at Ramaciotto. It was fun to learn and also tasted delicious. Also learning about balsamic and eating fresh charcuterie in bologna’s oldest wine bar was a fun treat! Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept it really fun!

Great Tour!

Elena was great! We got to go through a food market and learn about what goes into making and certifying the food in Bologna. We then ate the food we picked up at an osteria where it was paired with a delicious wine. We got to try 2 different pasta dishes and finished the day with Gelato. Elena made our experience in bologna special. It was nice to experience Bologna with someone who clearly loves her city.
