Super Fun Pasta & Tiramisu Class!
Class started a little later than the original time, but the restaurant was very communicative and informed me ahead of time. It was genuinely a great experience, and Ala was a very fun, engaging, and clear instructor. He was patient to answer any questions and repeat demonstrations for everyone in the group. I had a wonderful time, and our pastas and tiramisu were incredibly delicious! The sauces they made definitely increased the tastiness of the pastas. I would do this experience again, hopefully with my family next time!

Excellent, informative tour!
This is a well planned, easy walking tour. Our guide, Elena, shared all kinds of information about the unique foods and recipes of Bologna. Come hungry as you are going to taste, sample and eat and drink your way through four courses of food over the course of the tour.

Just book it! Ask for Luca!
What a great experience! Anyone looking for something totally different and fun don't hesitate, just book! Luca was so friendly and welcoming throughout the cooking class. He explained everything step by step and then shared the lunch we made together.

Great Value - Worth the Money and Early Morning
The tours were informative and fantastic - come hungry and worth the early morning because the breakfast at stop #2 (balsamic) was an amazing value breads, cheese, espresso, frittata, wine, etc. The truffle balsamic is amazing and the aged balsamic will forever change your palate. The lunch at the end of the tour - 6 course pasta lunch, we were absolutely stuffed and the pasta just kept coming. There was no shortage of wine as well. You can tell the team really enjoys their job and loves what they do. I will recommend this to anyone going to Bologna. Dress wise - you can wear sandals - just know you will have booties covering your shoes at cheese factory. Note that cheese/meat factory floors are kinda wet so keep in mind the type of shoe you wear. We went in Sept and were fine without layers - the cold part of the factories were not that cold and the meat fridge is very brief.

Bologna tours offer your stereotypical sightseeing and a behind-the-scenes look at the factories and farms that produce everything from Ferraris and Lamborghinis to balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese. Fill your itinerary with museum visits, test drives, cooking classes, and tastings. Whether by foot, tongue, or US$250,000 sports car, Bologna tours are the best way to experience northern Italy.
