Highlight of our trip!

We had a great time on the wine tour with Eric! He was an excellent and funny guide and navigated us easily to all of the different locations. We visited one winery, one wine cave with a tasting by a master sommelier, and some grape fields. The history and context along with the tastings made this a highlight of our trip. The wine cave tasting with Guy was our favorite part - he was excellent! Merci Eric and team for a wonderful time.

A delightful tour with sn exceptional guide

Our “Highlights of Provence in One Day” tour was an outstanding experience, featuring seven wonderful stops throughout Provence and made truly special by our exceptional guide, Emily. Emily clearly loves being a tour guide, and her passion for what she does came through in her warm, friendly, and caring personality. From the moment we set out, she made sure everyone in the car was comfortable, well-hydrated, and able to hear her engaging commentary. She provided fascinating information about the areas we traveled through and prepared us for each upcoming stop, making the entire day both enjoyable and informative. When we stopped for lunch in Roussillon, Emily took us to a patisserie and sandwich shop, explained the various lunch options, and even helped us place our orders. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the experience easy and enjoyable for everyone. We were picked up at 9:00 a.m., and our final stop was the Pont du Gard. Although it was already after 5:00 p.m., Emily still walked with us to the aqueduct, provided a thorough and fascinating history of its construction, and allowed us more than enough time to explore and appreciate this remarkable engineering marvel. Afterward, she drove us the half hour back to Avignon and even offered to drop each of us off at our respective hotels. Emily went above and beyond throughout the entire day. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine concern for her guests made this a memorable experience. Emily is truly a five-star guide, and we would highly recommend her and this tour to anyone looking to explore the beauty and history of Provence. Elliot

This tour is the perfect way to explore Provence! I did the tour in 2018 with my family and loved it so much that I had to book again for my trip with my partner. An excellent day out

This was the perfect tour for me!. My4th in the last 10 days and my guide was the best so far! An excellent trip at the perfect pace. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, spoke clearly with just the right amount of history and background on Provence. She was very engaging, and I am sorry I can't remember her name. Great way to start your stay in Avignon

The guy was knowledgeable about the history of Avignon. She was willing to share stories point out highlights the trip to the Palace was amazing her knowledge of construction, what was going on currently in the palace was also very useful. We stopped for a wine tasting at Les Halles. the wine host was a was knowledgeable and fun all in all. It was a good day. I’d recommend this particular tour to anyone wanting to get a good grounding in Avignon.

Excellent Châteauneuf-du-Pape Wine Tour – Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful wine tour in Châteauneuf-du-Pape with Jis as our guide. He was an excellent guide—very friendly, engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the region and its wines. His English was very good, and he explained the history of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the vineyards, appellations and winemaking traditions in a clear and interesting way. He also shared plenty of relevant facts and insights that really helped us understand what makes the wines of this region so special. The winery visits and tastings were very enjoyable, and Jis made the whole experience both informative and relaxed. Highly recommended. If you are visiting Châteauneuf-du-Pape and enjoy wine, this is a tour well worth doing.

Wine and knowledge what a way to go

The day was a total success. Our guide was a Somalia, who was knowledgeable about the production, tasting notes and creation of Château of the Pop and what makes it original.. We had a wonderful time asking questions sampling, amazing wines and at the end an opportunity to buy what we wanted to ship home I highly recommend. I highly recommend this guide for any and all wine tours of the area. She was amazing. She also shared a little bit of her life, which made it even more real and meaningful to us. We thank her for this.

Excellent CdP Wine Tour - 5 STARS!

5 STARS! Our tour guide made this trip exceptional! He was extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating & friendly, plus he never rushed us at all. His English was textbook! The 3 stops we made were well chosen for good wines & very friendly vineyard hosts. Our guide packed a fresh lunch for us, grown locally. He offered to store our purchases in his cooler. Accompanied us on garden walks pointing out the names of the herbs & the flowers. He always offered to take photos. Wife noted that the van was very clean & she loved all the water he had for us. She said she felt like we were wine tasting with a friend. Look no further- this is the tour to book.

Great food and bonus shopping as desired

Our guide was so understanding. She explained some of the local nuances with food like olive oil in ice cream. I plan to try this at home now!!!! She went out of her way to find me a tea shop. She got our dessert to go when she realized we'd miss our train otherwise then went with us to the train station to be sure we were OK. She also explained the local festival going on. She was great. This is worth trying

A brilliant trip with guide Anne

An excellent experience. Anne was a brilliant guide and was very knowledgeable. The theatre was interesting, the wine tasting very nice and the Pont du Gard was just amazing. We both really enjoyed it. I’d pay more to have food at the wine tasting but that’s just personal preference. It was a great trip with plenty of time to do everything so I would recommend it. Especially if you get Anne as your guide!

Excellent Day Trip

We appreciated this day tour because it meant that we could sit back and enjoy the view. Our wonderful guide, Ghislain, was an excellent driver, knowledgeable, friendly and even took us to a place not described in the official description of the tour, just because someone in our group requested it. St Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence (my favourite) and the fascinating Pont du Gard should not be missed.
