My husband and I both traveled to many countries exploring the love of wineries. We didn’t think any country out there could possibly beat the California wines in the USA, until we came here!! These wines are amazing! Highly recommend this trip! We had a lack of communication with the start point, so get that settled BEFORE hand. You will be very glad you chose this!!

It was a privilege to spend the day with a top sommelier like Roman. I learned a lot, I just hope I can retain it. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants a true French wine experience. It was worth every cent. If you are thinking of doing this, stop thinking and sign up. You will not regret it.

We were so fortunate to have Roman as our guide. He is a certified sommelier and resident of Chateauneuf de Pape. He was passionate, engaging,& incredibly knowledgeable. The wineries we visited knew him well and truly respected him and his wealth of information. It was a beautiful day with both the weather and our guide. We would highly recommend this tour with Roman.

We had a wonderful tour with Clemence from Provence and Wine two days ago. We met her in Avignon at 9:30 and she drove us away and up to Chateauneuf du Pape for a full day of wine and information. She is an extraordinary young woman, full of excitement for the subject, and well-educated - a perfect guide for this experience. We visited two domains in the morning, at which we tasted 4 and then 3 different Chateuneuf du Pape wines. Clemence then brought us to a really nice restaurant where my wife and I had a wonder lunch (accompanied by another glass of wine, of course). We took about 15 minutes at the end of the lunch break to walk around the village and take some photos. After lunch we visited two *more* producers, including Chateau La Nerthe, one of the biggest (if not the biggest) in the Appellation, at which we tasted another number of different wines. Those at this Chateau included a couple of wines we could not afford to touch on our own at the prices being asked at retail - wonderful, wonderful wines. Finally Clemence brought us to the Provence and Wine Cellar, where we listened to a record and sampled a few more wines. An incredible full day, lasting almost 8 hours door-to-door, at which we tasted 17 (we think - lost count!!) wonderful wines. We didn't turn our noses up at a single sip. Highly recommended the tour, and the guide!

We learned so much from our wonderful and knowledgeable guide, Clemence, who showed us all aspects of the winemaking process from vineyard to vintage. We tasted amazing wines at each of the wine castles, enjoyed a gourmet lunch in between(optional) and finished strong with a blind tasting in which we got to test our new found knowledge.

Max and Clemence were wonderful tour guides. Their knowledge and passion for wine were amazing. They picked up up, took us to amazing wineries and guided us around the area. Their local wine shop was georgeous as well and the tasting room so cute. A great tour I wouldn't hesitate to take again.

What a wonderful day with multiple ‘pinch me’ moments. Romain is an incredibly generous host, sharing his deep knowledge of wine in general and Chateauneuf-du-Pape wines specifically. He is a great educator, tailoring his discussion in ways that make complex information easy to digest. The domains we tasted gave us an insight into the different approaches taken by winemakers and an opportunity to experience a good range of wines from this renowned appellation. The venue for lunch was glorious - delicious food and wine, overlooking beautiful scenery on a warm and sunny day. Perfect!

Amazing day Tour with a knowledgeable professional Sommelier. The only way to do it. We had a fantastic day following Roman and learning about the cultivation of wine. He took us to wineries that surpassed our expectations and catered to all. Would definitely highly recommend this tour.

A great wine tour to 3 vineyards, plus final wine tasting at a shop. Max, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch takes place at another vineyard, and was very good, but not included in the price. That cost €28 for 2 courses or €35 for 3.
Overall tried a great selection of wines throughout the day and learned a lot about the variety of styles produced in CdP

We had a great time with our guides for the day. We learnt a lot from our very knowledgeable guides and tasted a lot of wine! The small group allowed for a catered experience, the selection of wine venues and lunch venue was perfect and finishing up at the store in Chatenueff Du Pape was a great way to end a very generous tour. Great tour with Max. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. There were many good to excellent wines at the locations where we tasted at. We had about one and a half hours for lunch that he had set up at a nice restaurant. We finished at his wine cave/shop where we tasted more wines and could also purchase anything we tasted earlier that day, versus buying it at the wineries themselves. That was convenient, you don't have to lug around wine bottles all day. He can also ship the wines to you. Very accommodating.

We learned a lot, from the grapes in the field to the processes at harvest, to winemaking. Great scenery, and the tastings are managed superbly. Worth every bit of the cost. No regrets - one of our best days on the trip.

Max was an incredible host! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and animated. We got to try 17 different wines, primarily reds with a few whites, at 3 wineries and 1 cave. It was cool to see the different ways each family / vineyard produces their Chateauneuf de Pape. We got dropped off at a lovely terrasse to have lunch looking over the fields. It was storming but luckily we were inside the cave and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend! Would definitely take again.
