We took this tour with our guide, Luna, who was great! My only regret is that we did not do this sooner. It is my second trip to Amsterdam and had I ridden a bike here earlier, I would have had a better appreciation of the protocols. Otherwise, iit was my favorite experience in Amerstam (yes, better than Ann Frank!).

Captain Don and bartender Lemone were very knowledgeable and humorous in their narration of the tour. The umbrellas provided much needed relief from the 94 degree heat of the day. Drinks were provided and refills regularly checked on. Lots of fun and highly recommend unless rain is threatening.

Very nice journey, the guide was very helpful and gave good recommendations to go around the city. Very caring too, provided a blanket so I dont get cold, warm tea and even had umbrellas in case it rained. The information was short, but good for an overview/first visit.

We went with This Is Holland Hop on Hop Off tour company. Very easy to find the meeting point In Amsterdam. Was easy to find them afterwards in a sea of tour buses. The gardens itself was phenomenal and wished we were there several days earlier but we were on a cruise. I highly recommend going to the gardens.

The best way to see Amsterdam

It is walking but at a leisurely pace. Our guide Guido was very knowledgeable and made everything interesting but not like a lecture. We were able to ask questions and get our specific interests explained and the history of it all. Having them purchase our Anne Frank tickets made it so much easy so book early! We were there immediately after Memorial Day so we had some extra history and were able to see impact of war on descenders. Took a tram and had a pie and coffee stop. Great tour!! The non Jewish people in our group really appreciated this history.

Definitely book it. It was a wonderful tour, very well organised. Peter our coach driver was adorable, very kind, friendly and an amazing tour guide, very interesting with a great sense of humour, very clean and comfortable coach. The guide on the boat was also very kind and funny and the village was beautiful. The food at De Rietstulp Restaurant was lovely, friendly staff and clean rest rooms, 10% off with your bus ticket. Sampled lots of delicious cheese at the Henri Willig cheese shop and bought some to take back to England with a 10% discount given to you when collecting your tickets. A lovely finish on our last day of our stay in Amsterdam.

Fantastic

this was the second cruise I've been on in the city. This was by far the best one. It was a smaller group, which made the experience much more intimate and enjoyable. The host (Chia Yu Chiu) was hilarious and made the entire experience entertaining with their great knowledge and engaging personality. They really knew how to keep everyone entertained while sharing interesting insights about Amsterdam. We had an amazing time from start to finish, and the combination of the smaller group size, the host's fantastic energy, and the beautiful canal views created a memorable experience. The canal cruise successfully delivered entertainment, education, and a welcoming atmosphere that made it stand out from other experiences.
