Our guide was excellent (unfortunate we forgot her name). However, she provided outstanding customer service with a genuine smile. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Pompeii, as well as helpful and friendly throughout our experience.

We had an amazing Amalfi Coast tour yesterday with our driver Luigi. He was extremely professional, kind, punctual, and attentive throughout the entire day. He made us feel very comfortable and safe, especially while driving along the beautiful but narrow roads of the Amalfi Coast. Luigi was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our family. Luigi speaks perfect Spanish and English. He gave us excellent recommendations, allowed us to enjoy every stop without feeling rushed, and made the whole experience smooth and memorable. We truly appreciated his excellent service and would highly recommend Luigi to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. Thank you, Luigi, for making our day so special!

Rosario was absolutely incredible and made our day on the Amalfi Coast one we’ll never forget. Before our trip, there was one place I desperately wanted to revisit—Positano. It holds a special place in my heart because my husband and I spent part of our honeymoon there years ago. Although it wasn’t originally part of our itinerary, and despite my request being a difficult one to accommodate, Rosario went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only did he get us there, but he gave us plenty of time to walk around, soak in the memories, and enjoy the beauty of Positano at our own pace. From there, he took us to one of the most amazing restaurants we’ve experienced in Italy, with incredible food and breathtaking views. Throughout the day, he brought us to stunning swimming spots with crystal-clear water that looked straight out of a postcard. Somehow, despite fitting all of that into the day, he still made sure we made it to Capri and got to experience everything we had hoped for. What truly sets Rosario apart is who he is as a person. He is kind, funny, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience for his guests. I can be very particular (my family would probably say difficult at times!), and he handled every request with ease, a smile, and a great sense of humor. Rosario didn’t just take us on a boat tour—he created memories that my family will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a skipper who will go the extra mile to make your day special, look no further. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Just came back from trip to Italy. We did a private tour of Amalfi coast with Roberto which was definitely a highlight of our trip Picked up on time in Mercedes van which was comfortable and well air conditioned. Roberto was a gem-drove carefully on winding roads-stopped to take pictures in beautiful spots which allowed all of us to be in the pictures. Pointed out interesting areas on the drive. Took us to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. Tailored trip to our request. Spent most of the time in stunning Ravello. Roberto made a lunch reservation for us in the most gorgeous location overlooking the coast. Lunch was delicious-he also took us to some amazing pottery and glassware stores and dropped us off at Villa Ruffolo. Overall a wonderful day with a wonderful guide-would highly recommend Americo car service and Roberto!!! Happy travels!

Roberto and Rosa and their adult children are incredible hosts! I would highly recommend this excursion! Their boat was spacious, comfortable and clean. They shared details about the history, architecture and fun celebrity facts about Sorrento and Capri. They are kind and generous people! They took us to stunning caves, quiet marina’s and even a small freshwater waterfall! They knew every nook and cranny and allowed enough time at each stop and personalized the whole day to what worked for our whole family. We were able to swim at a quiet beach in Capri and they made sure we understood the taxi transportation and never rushed our family. This was our favorite excursion in Sorrento!

Alberto was AMAZING. We were in Sorrento on our honeymoon, and honestly, this was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The experience was so calm and relaxing. Alberto shared stories from his childhood about the beaches he showed us, and we loved the personal touch and getting to experience what the locals truly love. He also shared a lot of the area’s history. We can’t say enough good things about him. When we come back to Sorrento, we will definitely be booking with Alberto again.

This is really a great class! It was fun, informative, and what’s not to love about pizza and wine! The chef was wonderful. She gave us so many tips and tricks not to mention wonderful recipe for pizza dough; we take cooking classes and most every country we go to and honestly, this was just a lot of fun! Highly recommend

I have not enough words to say what a wonderful experience we had. Alba was informative and showed us amazing things in amalfi, sorrento and positano. She gave us time to explore on our own and shop. The drive was amazing. He drove around those crazy hills and cliffs with ease and kept us safe. They were even accommodating when we were delayed getting shoes made and weee running late. I highly recommend this tour. My son is 15 and it was a hot and humid day. The air conditioned car service and no pressure of driving and making it to the ship back in time was perfect. They set my mind at ease and were no hiccups.
