The tour is too short and needs at least one hour more, there are so many more interesting things to see and hear about.

We went to the train station in Sorrento as directed by Viator. Viator shoukd have been a little more specific on who to meet at the train station. I went to the ticket windows and they had no idea. It wasn't until I looked at the last page of my printed documents did it mention the tour operator. I started to look for them and one of the other tourists in the group heard me mention the operator and told me to go downstairs. I found the tour operator and completed our check-in. She gave us our ear piece and two train tickets. She escorted us upstairs and we scanned our train tix.
She called herself "mama", which we thought was very cute and we were her children. She told us she would make sure we would all get on the train and she did. I wouldn't call the train express, because it stopped multiple times. The train is very old and not very cool.
We arrived to the train station at 930am and we arrived to Pompeii at 11am. Our tour guide kept accurate count of all of us.
Our tour guide was VERY INFORMATIVE and she kept it interesting and interactive. I would highly recommend our guide and tour. Because one of us walks with a cane, she did get ahead of us a few times and our piece would let us know that we were behind.
We are currently on the train back to Sorrento. This train is much nicer, but very crowded.

Our express tour was quick, but gave us a good overview of Pompeii. I would love to go back and explore more, but if you only have time for an overview, it's a great option. Our guide Gino was hysterical and very knowledgeable.

Amazing day! So easy meeting the team at the station. Vincenzo was so informative, very funny and his English was exceptional! He guided us confidently through the Pompei ruins and took us on a magical journey back through time. When it concluded I stayed fir a further 2 hours enjoying the area as directed by Vincenzo.

We loved this two hour guided tour through Pompeii. Natalia was personable, efficient and was wonderful. We definitely learned so much and having a guide kept us from getting overwhelmed as there is so much to see. You had option to stay longer if you wanted to explore more.

The guide was Gino and he was nice and knowledgeable. However, the group was too big and the earpiece kept losing signal. Sometimes he forgot to speak into the microphone and often walked too quickly.

Joining instructions were really good and very clear. Train busy but fine. Had assumed that when trip described as express it would be on express train but it was on the cheaper train (€2.60 each way) meaning tour was appropriately €40 each. Group was 32 in size and tour lasted about 1hour 30 in Pompeii after waiting around outside at toilets and for tickets etc. Tour guide was good, missed a lot of the important bits, but saw lots too. Nice explanations about life in Roman times.

A great express tour! Gino was the man, he was funny but obviously knows a lot of history and is passionate about what we does. The tour does a lot in two hours, but after seeing the site I could've spent another two hours there. This tour worked best for our schedule but if you have the time you might want to stay longer!

Roberta, our guide, gave us a wonderful tour of Pompeii. Pompeii is a place that leaves you with a mixture of wonder at the level to which the city was built, mixed with the sadness at the suddenness of the death of its occupants. A fascinating place, well worth a visit
