If you are looking for an authentic, hands-on culinary experience that feels less like a rigid class and more like a lively dinner party with old friends, look no further. Miguel and Magdalena are absolute superstars!
From the second we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The drinks were flowing generously, we started with a tour of the vegetable garden and a delicious bruschetta and aperol spritz. After a few minutes we went to the cooking area where the energy became high, and we spent the entire time laughing.
Miguel is a fantastic and fun teacher. He guided us through the art of making fresh pasta dough from scratch, rolling it out, and stuffing it with fresh mozzarella and parmesan to create the most incredible cheese ravioli. The accompanying tomato sauce—made with fresh, vibrant ingredients picked straight from their own garden—was magic.
To top it all off, we learned the secrets to crafting a phenomenal, velvety tiramisu and got a masterclass in making homemade limoncello.
It wasn’t just about learning recipes; it was about the phenomenal experience, the warmth of our hosts, and the memories made. Thank you, Miguel and Magdalena, for an amazing, delicious, and laughter-filled day. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough!

This was the perfect day with my adult daughters. From the moment they picked us up until they dropped us off everything was fun, informative, and interactive. Madda and Chef Michele took excellent care of us and made us feel like we’d known them forever. So many laughs with the 2 of them and the family of 4 who were also in our group! The food was awesome and we left not able to eat another bite. Highly recommend this experience for novice and experienced cooks alike!

Fun, educational, delicious, relaxing and memorable, this is an experience not to be missed!!! Our hosts, Michele and Marta, were so warm and welcoming, as well as the one other couple who joined us. It was a feast with time to recline by the garden pool while sipping a limoncello spritzer. Heaven. We go home armed with recipes and skills to recreate a wonderful meal!
Great cooking experience in a converted convent outside of Sorrento. The chef (Michele) and hostess (Madda) were wonderful and very friendly. We learned a lot about Sorrento, southern Italy, gnocchi, tiramisu, and limoncello. A fun 4 hours! We made a meal that was enormous and delicious.

This was a FABULOUS cooking class. Me & My 3 Adult children all loved it and the hands on experience was Fun and Very helpful. Now my 27 year old said he’s confident in making Ravioli & Tirimisu! Highly recommend this!!

Absolutely super cookery class with Chef Michele assisted by Lammas and Madda. Great fun and we learned loads.
Great friendly sociable experience, small group and great fun making ravioli and tiramisu and then enjoying eating it, not to mention the bruschetta and carprese salad, also included limoncello and wine, great location in the unconventional hotel.

This was a full day from 11:30-5:30, including a garden tour at the hotel unconventional, the former convent. Our guides, Magdalena and our chef Michael were wonderful, knowledgeable and gracious. The food amazing and instruction ideal to be replicated when we are back at home
What a great activity. It was so fun learning to make limoncello, ravioli, tiramisu, and to taste the best bruschetta you've ever had, and to visit the private garden. The staff were fabulous - so warm and inviting - especially Chef Michele and Madde. Very convenient if you're in Sorrento. It's not to be missed.

It was a phenomenal experience. Very organized, educational, and lies of fun! The staff were friendly and accommodating!
We had an incredible time with Michele and Madda for our Italian cooking class! They were very informative about the history of the dishes and provided very thorough demonstrations for each of the dishes. The class did not feel rushed at all and we had plenty of time to experiment with the cooking and make sure it was to our liking. Would definitely recommend!
This was such an amazing day. Our hosts were excellent, super passionate about, food, fresh produce and showing us a recipe that we can make at home. And then there is the lemoncello that is made on site! So much fun! I highly recommend doing this it’s 4 hours of fun that goes so fast!! Thanks for a great day!!
This was so much fun! We toured their garden, had bruschetta, made tiramisu, lemoncello and ravioli. It was the best pasta we had so far! They served us lemon spritz or aperal spritz. The chef was amazing!!! And we made new friends for life!
Amazing, amazing amazing!! Such an authentic experience with chef Michael and Madda! The tour started by us getting picked up from the meeting point by a golf cart. At the hotel, we were greeted by Madda- a sweet young and vibrant lady who took us around the garden and explained and showed us everything that grows there and brought us limoncello spritz and bruchetta. After that we were brought to the kitchen met with chef Michele (Michael ) given aprons and started working on the tomato sauce. He explained everything with so much passion and patience while Madda was there helping with the English - although we understood him perfectly. Together they worked complimentary with each other. they accomodated my allergies and switched to a different dessert, they were fun, loving and so authentic and and did it all with a smile! But the food....cant talk enough about the food! It was fresh, delicious and simple where I can follow the recipe at home. Everything was explained so easily and simply and I can't wait to go home and make it for my kids! Delicious!!! I highly recommend it!

Outstanding!! You need to do this. The host and the chef were impeccable. Extremely friendly and hospitable. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bar and working area is excellent, and the grounds outside are spectacular.
We learned a lot of things, even though we are quite proficient and the food tasted delectable.
Are they recommend you consider this if in Sorrento and are looking for a class!
The cooking class was fabulous. We took a tour of the garden had a drink and an appetizer prior to the cooking class. Once in the cooking class, everything was explained thoroughly they answered all of our questions and the food was superb. They did not rush us and spent time with everyone in participating in making sure everything was perfect. Chef Michel and Madde were excellent.

Every step of this cooking experience was amazing. Michele and Madda were wonderful hosts chefs and allowed to experience each dish hands on! No need to eat before, there will be plenty of food!
This was the most wonderful experience we did on our entire trip. The meeting place was in the center of the city and easy to find. From there we were escorted to the place we would do the cooking class. It was beautiful and the staff were so charming. We thought it would just be a cooking class but we also received a tour and so many snacks. We tried and smelt everything we cooked with. It was very interactive and I learned a ton. We drink wine and lemoncello spritz and had so much fun. The voice of the tour and our head chef were truly the most wonderful people. They were so kind and made it so fun. I want to recommend this to anyone who is in Sorrento. I recommend not having anything planned for after because it will run over and you don’t want to be rushed. To be able to sit in the gardens and eat your meal was a huge part of it.
It was such a fun class with such a wonderful staff. This class was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!!!! We were treated so special by everyone! And our lunch was spectacular! An amazing experience!
