You’ll learn how to select the best ingredients and then be guided through the entire pizza making process from start to wood-firing finish. This is really a great class! It was fun, informative, and what’s not to love about pizza and wine! The chef was wonderful. She gave us so many tips and tricks not to mention wonderful recipe for pizza dough; we take cooking classes and most every country we go to and honestly, this was just a lot of fun! Highly recommend

What’s not to love? Delicious fresh pizza, handmade by us and our family, informative fun and friendly hosts and a beautiful authentic location and atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone. All I will say is, skip breakfast and arrive hungry.

The host Luigi was very funny and informative at the same time. We had a great time learning whilst having fun making pizzas !
It did get a bit hot and standing for so long at the start got a bit tiring at the start but once it started it was great !

The location is very inconvenient. I was the only person in the class, and it cost me €20 to take a five minute taxi ride the Porta Sorrento to the meeting place so that I would not be late. I contacted them and told them I may be running late. They should’ve told me that I was the only person that they would wait for me if I was running five or 10 minutes behind. I enjoyed the pizza class, although it is very simple. It would’ve been more fun with more people, and to have more flexibility with the ingredients that you want to try. The people were friendly. But I have traveled and attended classes around the world, and this does not rank as one of the best.

This event was a bust. We didn't get picked up on time. Once we arrived at the site, we were rushed through the process. Our pizza wasn't cooked enough. I would never recommend this tour.

Great way to spend the morning and early afternoon. The Pizza School folks explained everything including how to make the mozzarella cheese. We made the dough, prsssed the dough into shape, added our sauce and toppings. We went into the kitchen and watched as they placed our pizzas into their oven and as they baked. We went back to the tables and enjoyed our creations with a glass of vino. Highly recommend this tour.

It is a great way to have lunch or diner. You learn a little about making pizza and the one you make is delicious. If there is one thing I would suggest they improve on, it's to give clean apron. getting the used aprons from the group before is a bit underwhelming ! But this doesn't mean it's not a great activity.

The cooking class was ok and the pizza we made tasted good. But the big downside was that there was a lot of waiting around and a great deal of time spent not really doing anything.

We had the best time at the class! The fresh mozzarella was amazing, the pizza tutorial was great and of course the pizza was very yummy! Transport was easy to get from the plaza hotel too. Thank you so much for a lovely evening!!

Luigi picked us up right on time and drove us to the school! Luigi and his assistant made a personal connection with the kids immediately! Both were fun and helpful! The class moved at a great pace for all of us and Luigi even showed the kids how to throw the pizza dough up in the air! We took 3 cooking classes (different towns/different menus) on this trip and this was BY FAR the best!!

We had so much fun making and eating our own pizza. Luigi was very funny! The only thing I could say, is that, I wish it had been a smaller group. It lost it's personal touch for me when it started to feel like a factory instead of something more intimate.

We all loved this, including our teenage children. The collection points are spread across Sorrento so we only had a short walk before being picked up and taken a short distance out on the edge of town.
We'd never made pizza from scratch like and were talked through what type of ingredients to use to get the best results. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and patient with our attempts at making pizza. All our pizzas were delicious!
We highly recommend this experience for couples, families or solo travellers.
