Great experience!

Great trip. We communicated with Ludovico our driver via WhatsApp and he was waiting for us at Naples train station. He took charge of luggage and we arrived in Pompeii in 30 minutes where we started our tour with Rosa the private guide arranged by trip/Viator. Amazing experience! Rosa was fantastic - knowledgeable and went at our pace. From there about an hour drive to Positano with Ludovico pointing out sights and stopping at overlooks along the way for photos. A really great transfer/experience. Highly recommend.

Highlights and history

Marco was very knowledgeable and kind. He asked if there were things we were looking forward to seeing or wanted to do, as to try and fit those things in. We were mainly looking for highlights and history, and that’s exactly what we got! The van was impeccably clean, and his driving was great. We left Praiano on Sept. 27th en route to Naples and Carmine was our driver. He was a very friendly driver who was very easy to chat with. He was able to tell us some history about the places we were driving through and some funny anecdotes of his own. He even gave us some restaurant suggestions as well. It was a real pleasure to have a car and our driver Carmine take us to Naples. Thanks Carmine! We will definitely book again.

Was perfect

This was the perfect way to start our amalfi journey. Driver was great and met us easily at the train station. The car was super nice with great AC. The tour guide Lina was awesome - clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk to and she took some great pictures of us. Also recommended a bunch of restaurants to us in Sorrento that were all delicious. I hesitated a bit at the cost but so glad we did the private tour.

When travelling as a...

When travelling as a group of 5 people, with a lot of luggage, to a destination that is over 45 minutes away, it was a good decision to hire a private transfer. The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned because he saw that traffic was heavy and he knew that we had a train to catch. He was very friendly and helpful. We have had bad experiences with taxi drivers who took advantage of the fact that we were tourists and overcharged us for short taxi rides. With private transfers, the fee is quoted when the reservation is made, so there are no surprises.

Easy pick-up from the airport. They also got us set up with a local tour guide for a 2-hr stop in Pompeii. Seamless drop-off right at the front entrance and the tour guide herself was incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend booking this if you are traveling from Naples down to Positano.

We had a fabulous day on this tour! My mom and I agree that this was one of our favorite experiences on our two week adventure around Italy. We stayed in Positano so were met by a driver who drove us to the departure point on the Sorrento coast... this was seamless and we did not mind the drive at all (actually enjoyed seeing the scenery and towns). We were lucky to have Francisco and Luciano as our tour guides for the day... they were extremely hospitable, informative, and entertaining! If possible, I would request them! The itinerary is exactly as described in the listing. We visited a few spots along the way to the island of Capri, then docked in Capri and had a few hours off of the boat to explore (perfect amount of time to eat and shop around!) before heading back to the embarkment point and seeing a couple more spots along the way (including a swim stop). The others in our small group were very friendly and we enjoyed getting to know everyone! Please take may recommendation... you won't regret it!

Nothing better than to know a company that is reliable and helpful especially when our aircraft was 2 hours late. The ability to converse with this company thru Viator and What’sApp was very helpful. They even allowed us to make a stop at Pompeii for a few hours and get a tour guide and then took us to our final destination. Our driver was patient and fun in the car. Highly recommend!
