Sadly I am leaving a one star review due to poor customer service. I have sent a few emails with the company and am now being ignored. A service that was supposed to be included was not provided and no solution has been given.

This is a delightful tour. We got to see the Amalfi coast from the water.. a definite advantage given the extreme heat. Our guide, Giuseppe was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We learned a lot about the Mediterranean, the grottos and land features and the culture of the area. We had a good opportunity to visit Amalfi and Positano to eat, sightsee, and shop then topped off the day with a chance to swim in a peaceful cove.
It was a totally enjoyable full day excursion.

Travellers need to know that they will face a hefty surcharge for fuel on the boat as they arrive for the tour. This is 100% the fault of Viator, who advertise the price of the trip without this extra 50 Euro per person built in - it is covered in the small print of ‘inclusions and exclusions.’ This is scandalous mis-selling by Viator and we will expect to be refunded 100 Euros for me and my partner.

Super good experience with this boat trip. Driver was very friendly and fun with a good laugh. Very good at pointing out sights and telling us facts. Definitely plan what you’re going to do at the stops since limited time created restraints.

Very enjoyable way to see the Amalfi coast!
We swam twice in protected coves. It was a great way to cool off from the sun.
We had time to Shop and eat in Positano and the same in Amalfi. It was a very enjoyable speedboat ride there & back!
Bruno the boat captain & grabo?? were very attentive & offered us drinks numerous times on the boat. They also gave you a sandwich for lunch
It was one of the best times I’ve ever had!
Note: If you tend to get seasick, you may want to bring some Dramamine or take it before you go in case the water is rough

This experience was an amazing way to spend a day in Italy and get to see so much of the beautiful coast. Our captain was kind and made it a great experience with his knowledge and great vibes. We were with 9 other people but it is a spacious boat. It should be noted that that at check in, they require a 10€ per person fee that is only accepted in cash. The other 20€ fee per person can be paid by card or cash. Overall I do recommend this experience!

Great views and comfortable boat. Not a lot of shade so bring sunscreen. The stop in Positano was only an hour long. It took 15 minutes just to dock. It was very busy.

We were a bit nervous booking with this company since its ratings were lower than some of the other operators. We ultimately chose them because they had availability and were slightly less expensive, especially when factoring in the additional fuel charges other companies assessed.
Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The boat was clean and well maintained, and the captain spoke enough English to communicate the important information. The assistant crew member, Dario, was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. He made an effort to point out landmarks, scenic viewpoints, and points of interest throughout the trip, despite the challenge of being heard over the engine noise.
The day ran smoothly, and we felt the time allocated in both Positano and Amalfi was appropriate. There was enough time to explore without feeling rushed or bored. Our kids especially enjoyed the extra swim stop, which ended up being one of the highlights of the day.
Overall, a well-organized trip with a friendly crew that delivered exactly what was promised.

The best boat trip of the coast. The captain and his assistant were extremely nice and helpful. Made several stops along the way to explain significant sites and their history. Also stopped to swim. Only downside is the storefront at the marina was hard to find. It is a small opening shared by an atm on the corner of a building. Boat holds 12 people. We'll worth the money.

Bruno and Dario were fantastic, and we really enjoyed our time on board the Lady L! Bruno even took us to a boat access only beach club for lunch which wasn’t initially on our itinerary. Thank you for a great experience!
Unfortunately the tour was tarnished by an incredibly unorganised tour company and poor communication. Our tour was meant to depart at 8:30am and we ended up leaving around 9:45am. This left us waiting for over an hour on the port, if you include the fact we arrived early for check in as requested. The receptionist was not even there yet until 8:20am, despite the email asking to arrive a minimum of 15mins prior to the tour. There is also an extra administration fee to be paid for the early tour. There was absolutely no proactivity from the company surrounding why we were waiting and I had to ask multiple times as to when we would be leaving. Initially I was told we would depart no later than 9am, as we were still waiting for 2 people to arrive. Once it was well past 9am there was still no communication as to why we were still waiting and I had to ask again, in which they blamed the coast guard. It seems they just had not organised themselves appropriately and then were stuck waiting to enter the port. As a boat tour company I would think that conducting daily boat tours, you would be aware of the situation to enter the port and be organised accordingly. This situation could have been far better handled if the situation was communicated, rather than leaving us waiting clueless for an extended period of time with no apology or explanation. This company really needs to be do better from an administration and communication aspect.

What a great way to see the Amalfi Coast — by water in a small group. We did have plenty of time at Amalfi (hour with tons of people) and Positano (also hour).
We were unable to snorkel because the anchor needed repair, but the crew made it up by adding on a few extra scenic views.

I am giving this excursion three stars but want to give it just one or none. The only thing saving it was the wonderful job our boat captain, Francisco, and our tour guide in board, Sara, did and the service they provided. As for the company themselves and the lead up to the trip, we were not happy with. The communication with the company was subpar to say the least. We had a 9:00 am tour so we also scheduled a 7:00 pm private transfer to our next hotel. We also paid extra for pickup service for the excursion from and to our hotel. At 1:00 am the morning of the excursion, we received a text saying our driver would pick us up at 10:00 am. We were confused since our tour started at 9:00 am. After several text back and forth that morning, they informed us that our booking had been changed to 11. No explanation. This caused us to have to try and change our private transfer. And since it was less than 24 hours we had to make contact with the driver himself to see if he could do that. We did not find out if he could make the change until we got back off the boat from the tour. Luckily he could. Unfortunately, the communication did not get any better. After we arrived, we were informed that if we wanted to go snorkeling, there was an additional fee for sanitized mouth pieces. On the booking and in the description it says, “ don’t worry about bringing your snorkeling equipment, just borrow the captains”. That seems to say to me that they have equipment and it is free. We had snorkeling equipment. But didn’t bring them because we didn’t feel we needed to. May be a small fee but it was the point that they don’t tell you there is a fee. Communication people!!!
Once we got on the boat, Sara made up for our bad start. She was energetic, knowledgeable, fun and kept the service level high. The views along the coast were amazing. The stops just the right length to get to stretch your legs, grab a bite to eat and see some local scenery. The boat captains ability to maneuver in tight places and show us fish by the thousands was amazing.
Again this trip was wonderful. We just wish the company would figure out that when people are paying a lot of money for their excursion, they need to be upfront at all times with all costs. And make sure your communicate better why the booking has to be changed. We found out later that there was a problem in the harbor that caused the delay. Would have been nice to been told that upfront and in a better way than a text at 1:00 am.

We contacted you at 10:00 pm, and even apologized for the late hour, explaining clearly the reason for the time change, a last-minute operational delay due to port restrictions , this means It is a false advertisement you were notified at 1:00 am. In fact, We made every effort to communicate this in a transparent and timely manner. Unfortunately, despite repeating the information more than once, it seems there was a misunderstanding on your end.
Regarding the snorkeling equipment, the tour description states that equipment can be borrowed on board, and the small charge applies only for those who wish to use a new, sanitized mouthpiece, which is optional. Many guests appreciate this extra hygiene measure.
That said, we’re truly happy you enjoyed the service provided by our crew on board, and we’re proud to hear Sara and Francesco made your experience memorable. Your feedback helps us continue to improve and we thank you for taking the time to share it.

Amazing day on the boat and seeing the coast! Had so much fun with everyone on board and was happy to have the time in Positano and Amalfi. The day was spread out perfectly, giving the perfect amount of time on the boat and off the boat. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Sorrento as it’s easy access to the port you depart from!

Today was fantastic. Great captain and mate with lots of information in the area, adapted to the wants of the mixed group, very proficient at navigating the waters, boat traffic we felt ultra safe and he minimized the affects of the swell. We really found not have asked for more.

Remarkable experience to be out on the water for the day. Alessandro our captain was excellent. I'm sorry we didn't get the other person's name, but she was lovely. Had lots of time at both Amalfi and Positano, to explore. Had 2 opportunities to swim off of the boat. Stopped at the Smeraldo Grotto. Drinks, lunch sandwich and Limoncello were all provided. The boat was quite new, comfortable and we had the perfect tour size of 12. A definite highlight of our time on the Amalfi coast.

A great way to see the coast. Two nice stops in Amalfi and Positano with time enough to do a little exploring. Inspite of them providing a sandwich most of us stopped at a restaurant and bought lunch. Seas were rough so no stopping to swim. We also did driving tour and both offerings were worthwhile.

This gave a stunning perspective of the Amalfi Coast. There were just 10 people in total, so it was more tailored to each individual. The tour guide was very courteous and polite however did not speak English very well. Overall, I would recommend this tour and a special thank you to Viator. A great way to see the Amalfi Coast.

Overall, it was a good experience. The trip was easy to book, and the tour company was easy to find in the Sorrento harbour. The captain was lovely and helpful with supporting us to get on and off the boat.
The locations and timings spot on! We went to Amalfi, Positano, and near to some caves, there were also plenty of opportunities to swim and experience the towns.
Downfalls, the captain was just a bit shy and quiet and so didn't explain much of the areas of interest, there were also not many drinks available, nor offered and the sandwiches were mainly left uneaten.

We had an absolutely fantastic tour of the Amalfi coast. Superb quality boat with plenty of cover. A few swimming stops and then plenty of time to explore on our stops. The guys who took us were helpful but perfectly low key. Can’t recommend this more highly.

The scenery was beautiful but our guide was not informative and only spoke to us if she had too. Which made the tour very boring. I could have taken a ferry and saved a lot of money if I only wanted to see the scenery. Our guide never mentioned about the gratto della smeraldo..where it was or even that is was an option to stop. We also never received limoncello. Since the tour is called a premium boat tour I expected a lot more. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.

We had several problems with our original skipper as our usual boat had a problem the day before the tour and we did not want to cancel your experience. For that reason, we chose a different company to perform the activity. In addition, we are so sorry for the lack of information during the tour .
